Very rude customer support on live chat and massive delays

Paid via iDeal and never received the goods. They claim i didn't pay, even when i showed them the payment transcription. Fighting for my money back for 6 weeks now. They are scammers!!!!!!! Don't trust your money with them.

Horrible company, horrible can't contact them, they don't get to chat. They don't return your emails. They loose your items in mail and don't give your refund. I actually have no idea how they are able to still be in business but I give them a year before they are out of business. Truly, there are so many great clothing companies out there, let's not support this hideous treatment of customer.

I cannot even checkout, on the chat tey tell me to empty the cookies. i have done that, but it is impossible to check out. When I say there is an error on their site, they tell me it is not true. Horrible experience

First time i wear the pyjama and it ripped off on the side. Quality is not good. They have nice designs but dont be fooled by it. Not happy at all after buying 2 pyjamas. Never again! Did not jump, did not run in my pyjamas ....

Bought a set of outfits in Hong Kong retail store. Inner thigh of the pants split during the class, basically showing my underwear out. I took it back to the store, the stuff said they can’t help with very bad attitude Will black list this brand forever

This is one of the worst companies I have ever purchased from. Both the blazer and the over jacket came with stains on them. I took pictures and sent them to customer service 4 times. They declined the request for a refund. The material Oysho uses is cheap and it is not worth the price. The customer support is even worse than the disgusting material they use.

I bought some pieces from Oysho and one of them was really bad quality, so it started to torn up from different places, and the costumer service did nothing, no refund no replacement, just a discount code if I buy from them 🤦🏻‍♀️

Purchased few items and didn’t receive confirmation email. Got back to their website and they canceled the order! I tried again and they did the same. Costumer service (at least in the US) is the worst. They don’t even have a proper costumer service to fix any kind of issue. Really disappointed and never buying from them.

Awful customer service, it has been 3weeks, since I bought. My package got lost in the mail. They had nothing to do under this terrible situation, replied auto-made response against my complain. I am the one who found my package lost by contacting Fedex. I am still waiting for their sincere answer and confirmation for refund. On top of that, Live chat was suck, I haven’t seen it was working properly. To be honest, they even do not deserve one star.

Do not buy anything at oysho! You only discover that the product is not as expected after you wore it, which makes it impossible to return it. The customer service is very very unfriendly and unwilling to cooperate. I have bought several products at Oysho and I have never been satisfied. The bikini that I bought lost its colour after I swam in the sea/pool or a couple of times. In addition, I have bought two sport leggings. From one of them, the lacing was of terrible quality so I had to restitch it myself after a short while and the other legging is transparent for sweating, meaning that you can see your belly sweat and the shape of your underwear after some heavy cardio. Why on earth did I decide to buy something on Oysho?? I would never ever think I should check the feedbacks before I buy! How is this possible to have such a terrible online shop these days?

I am disappointed as my leggings were faulty. In the first instance it was a phaff getting them delivered to a local shop. Got a text saying the shop had the order and they didn’t. Had to go back another day on my lunch break. Item lasted about two weeks before the seam split. Needed a printer to get the return label. Another phaff. Then needed to go to post office to get proof of delivery for them to send a new pair. They apologised but no compensation for faulty product and all the inconvenience caused. Would not shop here again. Not worth it. Good quality items cost more but they last and the companies treat you much better. Have had my sweaty betty, Lululemons and patagonia leggings for ages and will stick with quality brands

The worst customer service ever. The sizes are terrible. I wear L and order a pajama top on L. My 6 months daughter could easily wear it but not me. I contacted the CS showing the the fault with the product and they did not even bother. Terrible services in the US.

I ordered a number of items in the last week of November intending some of them as Christmas presents. They never arrived. The courier in ireland was Fastways and they told me they could not deliver it as they were missing records. I had to ring Oysho customer service 5 times to try and sort it out (even though I do not think it is the job of the customer to do this). I found the customer service agents massively unhelpful and one of them actually belligerent and rude. Delivery was never attempted and the items were sent back to Oysho and they refused to resend them to me even after six weeks of waiting for them. They told me to go back on the website and reorder and some of the items might be available - incredibly bad customer service. I am still waiting on a refund. Do not buy from this company ,everything they stock is available from similar brands. They do not care about their customers. WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS EVER !!!!

AVOID AT ANY COST!! It used t be great like 10 years ago but recently i have tried three times and their clothing are so horrible and such a bad quality(pant string were torn out and cut,very very thin pyjamas),look different than in the photos , too expensive etc! Also one of the very few brands that they don't include a return form inside the parcel and when you call or mail them nobody answers! I find is so suspicious because i never had any problem with any other other brand while procedures were flowing easily

I placed my order on December 8th. They have already charged my credit card. My order was due December 21st. Today it's the 28th. I tried to contact them but the phone number for customer service on the internet is invalid. Never shop from oysho

Really disappointing brand, their products are getting worse and worse every year. They spend money on branding, design and advertising for selling pure garbage. A friend gave me an Oysho gift card, so i thought to pick some yoga clothes. The tops seem to be ok, but the leggings “compression leggings with animal print” have been made from the most uncomfortable material i have ever experienced! It feels like you have your legs wrapped with plastic... ! Really impossible to enjoy yoga in these. So that brought me back to my first conclusion: if you think Oysho is a nice and cheap choice, you are wrong. You just wasting your money.

Quality has gone really bad. I bought a pj and I had to look at 4 different shirts of the same size to find one without a defect. But the worst is the pants I bought of a different set. It’s from the new collection with what looks like Indian fabric in blue with metallic thread. The pants is so prickly and itchy that I cannot wear at all. I hand wash all my newly bought lingerie so I can it return it. But I’m praying that Oysho fabric buyers read this review so they avoid future mistakes.

First time ordering off this site (I found them off an Instagram advertisement). Bought three pairs of briefs. None of them were in protective plastic, just shoved in a cardboard envelope with no receipt or anything inside. One was really dirty. It looked like they’d fallen on the floor in dust or something, so I spoke to someone on live chat. They asked me to send a picture with the tags and inner plastic hygiene sticker, which I did. They I asked me to confirm whether I’d worn or washed them (oh yeh right)! They said someone would get back to me after they had ‘investigated the pictures’. I had to chase their response and all they came back with was, send them back and we’ll refund. Oh and I needed to print my own returns label. (I have no printer and this was during lockdown). No apology or anything. I won’t be buying from them again or recommending them to anyone.,
