I wish I'd never ordered from them!!My order was supposed to be on Christmas Eve , 13 days after I placed it and still on 29th of December haven't received anything. Tracking of the order is impossible and after a 20 minutes waiting on the phone they told me that it may be delivered next week.. I will never again place any order on them and I am very disappointed by their service, it's bad and ridiculousđź‘żđź‘Ž

I placed my order on December 8th. They have already charged my credit card. My order was due December 21st. Today it's the 28th. I tried to contact them but the phone number for customer service on the internet is invalid. Never shop from oysho

I ordered sleepers, I got an email saying that they could not deliver my order after 3 weeks that I placed my order. They said to either get a refund or choose something else so I decided to get a refund and order something else elsewhere. Later on, I get another email from Oysho saying that my order was in its way. I am now stuck with both and they emailed me saying that my order has been delivered, nothing about the refund I requested. Terrible service. Never again, it's frustrating that they don't even have a customer service number.

My goods were due yesterday. I sent an email and received a reply in Spanish or something. They took a week just to get the order ready. Now I am still waiting hoping that I won't leave my daughters without a Christmas present.Disappointed

I ordered panties on Oysho site - on its suggested click away - and after requested to paid in advance - ok no problem- i received delivery notice that can pick them up from Piraeus shop on 4th Jan'21 i.e. 14 days after initial order. I tryied to claim to the shop without any result. Also try to phone to companies head office and keep me on hold all the time without any conversation. Tried also to call customs service phone nr which is not in use permanetly. All that happens in the year 2020.

I cannot even checkout, on the chat tey tell me to empty the cookies. i have done that, but it is impossible to check out. When I say there is an error on their site, they tell me it is not true. Horrible experience

Wesbite states that you will recieve a next day delivery. When i called to ask why my product has still not been shippeed i was told the shipping is standard and will take 4-6 working days. Apparently its an error on their website but under shipping and returns it clearly states shipping will be next day. The customer service team said there is nothing they can do and when i asked for a refund this was deneyed.

- the items were of really bad quality and sent in a paper box with any protection. - I am still waiting to have the refund of two of the three times I sent back. It seems they have lost the items in their warehouse but despite they know have been lost in their warehouse, so it is basically their problem, they refuse to refund the customer. It has been more than a month and despite I called multiple times and sent a few email, they are stil unable to issue a refund. Don't buy from this retailer. The quality of the items is horrible and they have also an awful customer service/refund process.

Thoroughly disappointed with the inferior quality of Oysho, overpriced, products. 2 sets of cotton pj’s totally out of shape after the first wash...I’ve had far superior quality pj’s from less expensive stores, including Primark. Complete waste of of money! I’ve written them off as a huge mistake, would absolutely not recommend or repeat purchase from Oysho!

It is impossible to order a product online. I enter facebook login and on next page it ask it again. Then every time there is a message: error on the page please refresh. payment button dissapear, nothing works. no support email. support chat is inactive.

Terrible store! We made an online order twice , but never received our orders! We waited for a month, and then received a message that-sorry, we can't deliver your order! But time is lost!

Really disappointing brand, their products are getting worse and worse every year. They spend money on branding, design and advertising for selling pure garbage. A friend gave me an Oysho gift card, so i thought to pick some yoga clothes. The tops seem to be ok, but the leggings “compression leggings with animal print” have been made from the most uncomfortable material i have ever experienced! It feels like you have your legs wrapped with plastic... ! Really impossible to enjoy yoga in these. So that brought me back to my first conclusion: if you think Oysho is a nice and cheap choice, you are wrong. You just wasting your money.

Very disappointed as a first-time customer. The quality of the products is very low. I bought socks and underwear recently. The socks got damaged only after one use - the thicker ones' decoration came off and the others had silvery threads which started coming off the moment I put them on. The underwear got torn on the side only after one use. I will not buy any products from Oysho in the future and I am sorry I spent my money (not cheap).

I bought 2 hoodies, one of decent fabric and the other is the worst, from the first time the fabric started to thread and torn despite being of high price, I’d get way better quality at target or Walmart easily

Paid via iDeal and never received the goods. They claim i didn't pay, even when i showed them the payment transcription. Fighting for my money back for 6 weeks now. They are scammers!!!!!!! Don't trust your money with them.

Quality has gone really bad. I bought a pj and I had to look at 4 different shirts of the same size to find one without a defect. But the worst is the pants I bought of a different set. It’s from the new collection with what looks like Indian fabric in blue with metallic thread. The pants is so prickly and itchy that I cannot wear at all. I hand wash all my newly bought lingerie so I can it return it. But I’m praying that Oysho fabric buyers read this review so they avoid future mistakes.

I have to agree with all that has been written previously. In the past I have ordered items which have been of reasonable quality and have received an instant refund when returned items. However my last order has turned into an on-going saga. Two items ordered, one perfectly fine, the other still had the security tag attached. I returned the items, having sent photos of proof of postage and the goods themselves. I asked for a replacement. These arrived, however still had a security tag attached. Decided to go for the refund. (In hindsight I should have gone to any old clothes store and asked if I could borrow a tag remover). Again photos and proof of postage sent. This time no answer. E-mails and twice weekly phone calls. You can't get through to the "refund department" as they won't give the phone number or e-mail address out. Complaints can only be made in-store, of which there are none in the UK. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. Goodness knows what would happen if you just didn't like the item you received. Take heed and order from Oysho at your peril, read the reviews below and make an informed decision to stay well away.

Terrible Customer Service. It took me multiple attempts to get through to someone about a faulty item. I asked for a replacement (after a lot of back and forth), they finally agreed to it. I have it in writing from their customer team in an e-mail. I tried contacting them, asking for the replacement and they told me the item is sold out. I went on the site and found it IN stock. I asked again for a replacement and they refused to grant a replacement. They told me they could not provide a number other than what is on the customer service. Honestly, the WORST company customer experience I have ever had in my life.
