Worst customer service I had ever had in my life. I give them one star because there is no zero stars. I will never buy with them again (and I have been buying from them for many years because I like their products). I ordered online and everything arrived without problems, but when I returned some items (all of them in the same box and bag) they claimed that they only received part of them and I never got the refund. It also took me more than a month of emails back and forth for them to check the issue. NEVER AGAIN.

Very poor service from my one and only online order. Buyer beware. Package was in poor shape on arrival. Compression leggings had a security tag attached and underwear in my order was missing. Had to prove this through photos (how do you prove something isn't there?!) and print my own returns label. Instead of getting a replacement pair of leggings, they issued a refund and completely ignored the missing underwear. Couldn't get through to customer service number (after holding for 30 min) and they've ignored my email. Please don't put yourself through this! Not worth it.

I ordered my leggins over a month ago and never received them,although Royal Mail says that my parcel has been delivered. I contacted them over 10 TIMES and nobody has been able nor willing to help me by giving me a refund or resend my order. They keep saying that they’re going to issue a refund but it never happened. I’ve never experienced a worst customer service. EVER! It’s very disappointing and I will never shop with Oysho again. Now after a month I still do not have my parcel nor received my Refund. It’s simply disgraceful and unprofessional.

First time ordering off this site (I found them off an Instagram advertisement). Bought three pairs of briefs. None of them were in protective plastic, just shoved in a cardboard envelope with no receipt or anything inside. One was really dirty. It looked like they’d fallen on the floor in dust or something, so I spoke to someone on live chat. They asked me to send a picture with the tags and inner plastic hygiene sticker, which I did. They I asked me to confirm whether I’d worn or washed them (oh yeh right)! They said someone would get back to me after they had ‘investigated the pictures’. I had to chase their response and all they came back with was, send them back and we’ll refund. Oh and I needed to print my own returns label. (I have no printer and this was during lockdown). No apology or anything. I won’t be buying from them again or recommending them to anyone.,

First time i wear the pyjama and it ripped off on the side. Quality is not good. They have nice designs but dont be fooled by it. Not happy at all after buying 2 pyjamas. Never again! Did not jump, did not run in my pyjamas ....

awful customer support, absolutely useless. i got an e-giftcard from my friend and couldn't use it because their website had technical issues. After one month of several emails and calls they just send me the same card number which didn't work again. so i had to ask for refund... really frustrating experience! they should definitely work on their website usability Although some products are nice

Oysho has been my worst shopping experience and has a poor customer service.I bought a dress and because the adress on my Oysho account was wrong they didn't deliver.After i talked to the customer service and changed my adress, they sent the dress back and did't even inform me about that.Moreover they didn't refund me immediatly and said i had to wait another 15 days. They didn't ask if i want to be refunded or place a new order.They deserve zero stars. They don't respect their customers.Awful experience!

Pigiama arrived dirty and crumpled, the package was wet . the piagiama was thrown in without even a plastic protection. Bad and terrible service. I no longer buy on oysho.

Ordered online and received an item that was clearly worn - it was marked and had no label on it. I contacted customer service 4 times about the issue over the course of a month and still haven’t received a response other than to say the concern had been forwarded to the correct department after 3 weeks of contact. truly awful customer service and disgusting to receive an item that’s clearly used, wouldn’t buy from them again

Horrendous company, items are extremely poor quality and no one ever responds to the issues. I brought a pair of pj’s and within 2 days of wearing them the seam in inner leg had split. They had not been washed. No one is dealing with this or bothers to return my calls. Absolutely awful. Do not buy from here

I strongly recommend that you DO NOT buy from here, the quality of products are so poor and the customer service terrible, I have never had my request dealt with seriously. I brought a pair of pyjamas, and within 2 days of wearing these the inner seam on one of the legs had come apart. These had not been washed. I contacted Oysho and was asked to send photos and date of purchase. I did this along with the receipt. I was then asked to send a picture of the inner label which I did. I was then asked to send a picture of the outer label which I obviously did not have as I had worn the item. They did not accept this via email so I had to call them which was eventually accepted. I was then told to return the trousers and they would refund. I have to pay to send the trousers back. I advised that I also wanted to return the pj top as I did not want it without the bottoms, as I was told they could not exchange the trousers and send me another pair out. They told me that returning the top was not possible as it does not have the outer tags. I would not have worn this if I had thought this would have happened. I have contacted oysho several times and they have not returned any of the calls I have made to discuss this, or ring me at different times than stated in my email. Terrible experience do not buy from.

Really bad returns process. I had two pairs of pants in different colours but the same style and one was sewn incorrectly so the waistband didn't stretch. I wanted to be sent a replacement pair that was not faulty but found the online chat time consuming (over half an hour) and a little rude to be honest.

Worst customer service I've ever had any dealings with, infact it's discussing, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I ordered sports leggings and one pair was faulty on arrival so I rang them, Emailed them and nothing from them, tags still on item but no money back yet. Mad if you order from this company

Oysho has been quite possibly my worst shopping experience followed by very poor customer service. Having a bought jacket in which the insulating started to fell apart in just two days and the fault department taking no responsibility, the refund or return has been refused without testing the actual item. I decided to give thought oysho sport a chance but I have really learned my lesson. I would not recommend anything from their sport collection but the pyjamas. Making a faulty item is one thing, taking no responsibility is another. I am truly disappointed at ethos of this company.

I ordered leggings online and was initially satisfied with the fit and look of them. But then they ripped the first time I wore them. After I contacted customer service they told me this defect was not refundable.

Extremely poor customer service. I have been charged for a package that I haven't received. No-one is responding to my e-mails to resolve the issue. Terrible service!! I am reluctant to give even 1 star here!!!!

Bought leggings off them for years which i have loved, but I have bought pyjamas which end up with holes in quite quickly and slippers that broke straight away. Sometimes i receive leggings that are too small for their size. I just bought some and the flimsy tag snapped off when trying them on, absolutely no fault of my own, and they refused a refund. Bad quality. Don't even run bra sizes above a c which is ridiculous.

Awful customer service. I had a sports top that completely fell apart after I had washed it TWICE, after I followed all the care instructions. When I contacted support for a refund or exchange, they reviewed my photos which clearly show the elastic has come out of the seam, they tell me 'we have not found any defect with the fabric'. ???? A completely unsatisfactory response. For a sports garment to fall apart after wearing it twice is horrific – terrible quality that has clearly not been tested. Will never shop with them again.

Bought 2 bikini's for summer one was delivered with a defect and unravelled, when I complained customer care said it was because I didn't hand wash .... I washed it in a laundry bag by itself and it was delivered with an unravelling . Also one of the sets were black and the materials did not match, so looks like a miss match bikini.

I have recently purchased some pyjamas. Sizes are way large fit and its painful to return items.
