I think this firm has gone under ? Also am sure there is some kind of scam going on with "missing parcels" going to an auction !!! They are the worst company it is possible to deal with. NO COMMUNICATION, NO SERVICE, NO MANNERS***WARNING**** Don't deal with them, even if it saves a couple of pounds on postage.

AVOID! Absolutely disgraceful company. We had an issue with collection and when I tried to resolve it they just would not respond through the contact centre despite various attempts to contact. Will never use again, don't make the same mistake.

Everything went wrong from start to finish, absoloutly disgraceful excuse of a company thats if you can call them a company, personally think of them as a fraudulent, ignorant, money stealing, thieving, lying, untrustworthy excuse of a shipping/delivery merchant

Scam company, do not use under any circumstances! Pay the extra £2 and use a reputable parcel company directly. Waited in all day for pickup of parcel to no avail, when I checked on the status of my order it was noted that a pickup attempt had been attempted and I was not at the address...... Except I was at the address and at the front of the property all day, so unless their driver donned an invisibility cloak and managed sneak past me, knock the door as quietly as possible, then sneak past me again to somehow get back in their van without me noticing..... Then I'm at a loss as to how they made a pickup attempt!?!?! Now there is no response from p4d, and I'm assuming no response means no refund..... So they are basically thieving Sh*#s

If you are in the UK and send pallets, I would strongly advise against using P4D. I booked two pallets to be collected from our warehouse. Different sizes, and to different clients in France. We labelled them really clearly (4x A4 printed labels on each). P4D's agents failed to collect on the appointed day, leaving me waiting till 7 in a cold warehouse. Then P4D demanded a 'missed collection' payment in order to tell the agent to collect the following day. That would be refunded, they said, if I sent them evidence the missed collection wasn't my fault. I sent them evidence which they acknowledged. Two days later I received a demand for further payment as one pallet, they said, was over-sized. I realised something was wrong, because we had measured and paid correctly. I asked them to investigate urgently, as it looked like maybe the pallets had been mixed up. I spent the next two or three weeks phoning and emailing again and again about this. A pallet was indeed delivered to the wrong client, and the other one was stuck in a depot after delivery had been refused. Clients took photos which showed clearly that the pallet waybills had been mixed up by the courier. Since then, with my clients rightly furious, P4D have refused to answer my requests for some compensation, the credit card company refused to compensate me because the card was in my name and the invoice was to VEMIA, and I felt obliged to waive / refund the clients all delivery charges for the items, including our costs of collecting from Europe and palletising in the first place. That's nearly 1000GBP. The pallets were eventually delivered after over a month. P4D are still sending me regular email demands for two payments - one for the missed collection, and one for the supposedly underpaid pallet. I used to reply to them pointing out that neither charge is correct... but since they don't notice, I've stopped.

The most appalling delivery company on the face of the planet. They will do everything they can to get negative reviews removed. Deserve a Zero rating and probably would if they were not able to get so many negative reviews removed. If you have suffered losses at the hands of these cowboys and they tell you that you are not entitled to compensation (regardless of whether you paid extra or not) they are talking rubbish. Join our Facebook group 'P4D complaints' and we will tell you how to get your money back. You can delete this review but it will be posted daily so good luck with that Simon (the rudest and most useless 'Manager' I have ever had the misfortune to encounter).

Damaged all my goods in transit, put them on another pallet and re wrapped it. Put all the broken goods on the bottom of the pallet so it appeared fine when it arrived. It was only when I decanted the top layer of the pallet a couple of hours later that I found all the damaged goods. I contacted the sender who sent me pictures of the goods on despatch and they were on a completely different pallet with different wrapping! When I raised with their customer services they were not interested and said the pallet was signed for as undamaged! The palelt was signed for as undamaged because it appeared fine on the surface. It was only after decanting the pallet (which took 2 hours) did I find all the hidden damaged items. The driver was not prepared to wait for a full inspection. Contacted customer services and they were not interested. Have not even bothered replying to me now. Avoid using these people!!!!!

the p4d delivery driver collected my parcel, put it in the courier transport network, then 3 days later the same delivery driver brought it back to the collection address to say it wasn't packed correctly, what a bunch of tossers p4d are

This company is the worst. They have, like so many other companies nowadays, no contact telephone. You can only reach them via a contact sheet or email, neither of which are ever answered with any urgency. They are fine if there are no issues with the job you buy off them, if there is an issue you're better just contacting your credit card to get the money back and organising another courier directly. Still awaiting a response from yesterday. I still have the parcels I need delivered, they collection was meant to be yesterday afternoon and the job tracking is stating it is delivered. Complete shambles of a company.

Beware!! Do not use this company. I had a brand new 2k kitchen extractor which unfortunately had to be returned. I booked a pallet from P4D, and my extractor has vanished into thin air. P4D are saying that Pallex took it so they are responsible. I had no idea about this industry, bunch of thieves!! Months of looking for it, no one knows where it is.

Appalling in every way. They lose your goods and don't care. Fraser Harper one of the directors promised to help and of course did not bother. Taking them to court now. They received my insurance payout in full as confirmed by Samantha at Palletways at the end of November but they have not passed it on to me , Visit our FB group to join forces!
