“Said they delivered but did not . I was at home when they sent text !? Seems to be a common theme reading other posts . No way of contacting them or finding out where they did deliver !? Do not rely on these people or anyone that uses them for delivery - MyProtein in my case.”
“I ordered from Zara and got sent a dispatch email that Paak was delivering my parcel. The email said that my delivery was meant to be on 10 Jul, but nothing arrived. Today (11th July), got another email saying 'your order is on it's way', I still haven't received anything. I paid almost £4 for this delivery, its very disappointing. And the delivery timeframe is so vague - '9am-10pm'.

“The worst delivery experience I have encountered. Claimed to have attempted delivery on two occasions when the property was occupied. Many other deliveries were accepted to my address over the two days PAACK claimed to have attempted delivery. No note left in the letter box.
Package was returned by PAACK to Amazon as undeliverable. Highly unreliable delivery service.”
“EVERY Paack scheduled delivery, and I do mean EVERY delivery is the same. Paack send me a message, your package is out for delivery. Followed by, sorry we missed you, we’ll try tomorrow. Follow by you package has been delivered. I beg to differ, delivering to a different address a few streets away is not a delivery. Sure it's a safe collection point, but only as a last resort, not a we didn’t fancy putting in the effort on this one. If I wanted my package delivered elsewhere, its highly likely that would be the address I would use on the order.
My latest Nespresso order was meant to have been delivered on Saturday. At around 4:15 I got a message saying they were outside my address ready to meet me. Excuse me? did I miss the part where the noble art of couriering became meet the delivery driver at a time and place of his/her choosing? Most delivery drivers would press the bell to get my attention, but it seems Paack don’t roll that way. I know they didn’t press the bell because the bell rings my phone, and if I don’t answer the phone it rings my mobile. Neither or which had any missed calls. The deliver was ‘rescheduled’ for Sunday anytime between 9am and 10pm apparently. A nice 12 hour window of opportunity there. But of course it wasn’t delivered despite me sitting in all day, it was delivered Monday. I use the term ‘delivered’ loosely. It’s sitting at the usual safe collection address a few streets away and like an idiot, I have to go out and collect it.
While I am here, let me talk about recycling. Like most responsible people I believe in doing my bit for the planet as every little bit helps. Some months ago I started out with one bag of recycled Nespresso pods to collect. The only recycling option I have is to rely on Paack to collect the recycling when delivering. Since Paack can’t be bothered to deliver to me I. I’m now sitting here with not just one bag of coffee pods for recycling but THREE.”
“Paid extra for next day delivery from Zara and chose time slot 2-4pm. Was at home the whole time but then received a message at 420pm saying they had tried to make contact but couldn’t so parcel not delivered. Doorbell did not ring and they did not call. I think the driver was just running late so decided not to bother delivering. Severely unimpressed.”

1st mistake:
I was expecting a parcel on Thursday. I waited all day at home.
Late in the evening I received a text message from paack saying: We have attempted your Zara order but it appears the address is incorrect. Please confirm (link)
MY ADDRESS WAS CORRECT!!! BASIC SW LONDON ADDRESS
I tried to confirm it, but the system said the address was out of service area, and I had to give another address, so I ended up not changing the address.
2nd mistake:
I did change the delivery slot time for next day to 6-10pm but then on Friday I received another text message that they attempted to deliver at 2pm but there was no one home.
(now they managed to find my address - the same address, but they made a mistake with the slot time)
3rd mistake:
Contact the online help and the advisor apologised and PROMISED my parcel would be delivered on Saturday between 10-12pm as no one would be home in the afternoon. Guess what happened? They didn't come
Contact online chat again, they didn't know anything about it and said they couldn't help me. Basically I have to wait until 10pm for the delivery, and if I'm not home, they will try the neighbour, and if they are not there, they will attempt one more time, in a different day (which won't work, we will all be out working) and if that doesn't work, the parcel will be returned to retailer.
The content of the parcel was to be used this weekend!!
This is unacceptable!!!!! Don't trust this company!!”
