“The positive; I received some money. The negatives- I have hardly had any communication from them, I had no idea of their fees so the amount I agreed to was significantly less than the amount I was expecting, I did not agree to any fees, or was told about any fees. I have requested all documentation regarding my case to look at the policies and see what I may have agreed to, and so far been ignored. Hard to recommend Pacific Legal based on my experience.”

“I think your service was carried out professionally. My main concern is that you took for to much commission. I didn't get what I was led to believe what I was getting. Maybe in insight I might have been better going direct to SJP”
