“Jacket sizing is WAAAAY too small for a normal sized US male. I'm just under 5'8", 170lbs and a large was too small. Sleeves too short, jacket too tight.”

“Pactimo makes the finest cycling apparel I have ever owned. The reason why I have only give 4 stars is because they have revamped their reward program and essentially eliminates getting any value out of earning points. You can not use your reward dollars with ANY OTHER REWARD CODE; including the GOVX Military Discount, or the Ambassador Club Discount or the Buddy Pass Discount Code. I totally understand not stacking discount codes but what I don't understand is why you can not apply your reward dollars to the purchase that you have earned by spending money with Pactimo.”

“Love the design ideas, clearly aware of rider concerns as the shaping of clothing is perfect for when you are actually riding. Have had a very few cases where production QA was lacking (base layer with the fabric facings not consistent, and one case where a jersey pocket was stitched into two pockets instead of three). Otherwise, the products hold up great! Even performance-oriented garments, which can wear out quickly in some brands, lasts for years, making them worth the price!”

“The Summit shorts are SO COMFORTABLE! 5’8”, 165 pounds. I ordered a large. They are a tiny bit too big but fine in the saddle so I kept them. I had the bibs but the straps tore when I pulled them down to use the bathroom unfortunately. Pactimo did me right and gave me store credit for the price I paid.”

“I so wanted to fall in love with these bibs, but just can't. I ordered a Large (5'9", 147lbs, hips measure 39"), but could barely pull them up. These were the 12-hour chamois bibs in the outlet, which weren't returnable, but talked to a Patctimo Ambassador and was able to exchange for the XL, which fit, so I'm wondering if the original pair ordered was mis-sized? Thank you, Pactimo for allowing me to exchange them! I've worn them twice, once on a 35-mile ride and today on a 45-mile ride (2.5 hours of riding). They left me sore and wishing I had my other bibs on. I'll wear them on shorter rides, but definitely won't wear them when I'll have more than an hour in the saddle. The quality of the bibs is excellent, the chamois just doesn't work for me.”
