“High quality products and great customer service staff. When I needed to ask about sizing the customer service rep suggested I order 2 different sizes and pactimo paid for the shipping to me and for the return shipping on the item that didn't fit. Prices are a lot more than I typically pay for cycling gear, but the sales have fantastic pricing. There are lot sof choices in bib shorts, I've bought a few different ones and they are all comfortable and I like wearing something other than black shorts. Also like that there are jerseys in bright colors, making riders more visable.”

“My only comments would be the sizing chart seems to have mislead me to the size jersey/tri shorts I ordered. However, customer service quickly resolved my issue with returning/reordering the next size up.”

“Storm bibs ~ replaced another set of winter bibs where the straps failed... These are a littel thinner, so not going below about 35F and have no ankle zipper which is fine, jsut mroe challenging coming on/off. Overall a good value”

“The product is a very well made product. Unfortunately, when comparing the quality of product to other brands with comparable quality, the pricing of Pactimo quickly becomes an issue. The Pactimo lightweight/mesh race cut jersey could stand to be 15% cheaper to stay competitive. Price aside - great product that wears well and feels great in warm weather! Lower that price, let’s go!! 😎”

“Cold weather gloves works good for temperatures in the low Forties. Fingers still got a little cold from windchill factor. They are better then another pair I bought before that was to protect to thirty degrees and was not good in the Forties. Happy so far.”

“I made my first purchase of Pactimo garments, buying thermal road shorts and leg warmers . I am 6'1 and 170 #. I wore them yesterday for the first time. I was a little disappointed that the warmers were short and only reached a little under mid thigh. The shorts fit well and overlapped enough that the warmers did not fall down, but after 40 miles there was some bunching up at the overlap . Conditions were high 30's and cloudy and windy and performance was great. Next ride I will start with the warmers higher and hope my ankles stay covered.”

“On the cusp of L and XL sizing, and ended up going XL as I felt the L was a little too snug for comfort. Overall, gloves function as advertised.. Only slight negative I'd have to say is that once you take them off, they are a bit of pain to get back on if you hands are sweaty at all. Otherwise, I recommend.”

“I have several jerseys, jackets and mtb and road shorts from Pactimo that I love. Unfortunately in the last year or so the road shorts are now being cut different with higher waists, longer legs, different fit on the hips. I have tried all three of the latest road shorts, none of them worked for me. Not looking forward to trying other brands but only choice for me.”
