Hi Paul, thank you for taking the time to write us a review although it probably should be for Aus Post. You placed your order on the 17th of January and we packaged up and sent your order out on the very same day. I did notice that the shipping option that you selected didn't have tracking so we have no way of knowing where it currently is. From memory the shipping option that you selected roughly takes 8 working days to arrive so if I was to hazard a guess I would say that your order should be arriving maybe Monday. I do hope that it arrives earlier.

“The pain pod has notably reduced pain for both my husband and me since we've had it. I do wish we had been better advised about the adhesive when the salesperson was pitching the product to us but it was barely mentioned.”

Hi Stella, perhaps this should be a review for Australia Post. I have checked the tracking details that I sent to you on the 10th of January when we packaged up your order and sent it out and Australia Post have estimated the delivery of your order to be between Friday the 20th and Wednesday the 25th of January. If you have not received your order by close of business Wednesday please let me know and I will escalate this with Australia Post.

“It is everything I expected and I am using daily for pain relief in my arms and hands particularly. I am going on 93 and my aches and pains are mostly age related. Am talking about Pain Pods to my friends etc”

“We bought my first pain at a motorhome rally in 2016. The new one is for our kids to try. There may be another order yet. I find it great for my lower back that has had quarter zoe treatment that does not last.”

“As a chiropractor I can’t thank enough my PainPod. Its small but robust and versatile machine. It has two ports and lots of different programs. So, one can run two applications simultaneously on different areas of the body. The battery life is amazingly long. I love my PainPod”
