“All in all pretty happy with the pain pod. It is so nice now not to be tied to a PowerPoint so i can walk around. The pods don't seem to stay on in curved places and it is difficult to choose a mode based on a little picture. the manual explains mode functions with numbers but the device has pictures.”

In regards to the mode numbers in the manual and the symbols on the device, thank you for your feedback we will include both on the next lot of manuals we get made. The modes will go left to right so for example the top left symbol is Mode 1 and then the top right symbol is Mode 4, and the bottom left symbol is Mode 9 and the bottom right symbol is Mode 12.
Sometimes with the pads they can be hard to stick on some areas like the shoulder blades but using the Conductor Gel on the pads will help them stick a bit more securely.
