“I have recently purchased the pain pod heat. While I love the heat function, there are a couple of limitations. The device is too big to put in your pocket and because it is very touch sensitive it is easy to change the settings by mistake. The size of the pad limits where you can use the device. I was hoping to be able to use it on my neck and shoulders and did email pain pod to check if it was suitable for those areas, but it does not sit well there. I still love using it and the heat really makes a difference compared to my other pain pod device.”
Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that the PainPod Heat is not the most suitable size for your pocket and use on the neck/shoulders. We will be introducing new accessories in the near future for the Heat device that may work better for these areas. In regards to the screen, you can lock it by swiftly pressing the on/off button whilst it is on and that should resolve the touch sensitivity. Hello Rob, thank you for your feedback. You selected the light shipping option which was confirmed by one of our customer care administrators prior to your order being dispatched. At the time you were made aware of the risk of selecting the cheaper shipping option. Light shipping is not tracked so unfortunately we can't pinpoint where it is.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes you are correct it does have less options than the PainPod 3 and because of this it is at the lower price point. I'm sorry to hear you find it flimsy to use, our records show it actually incurs the least amount of physical damage through our fault reports.
