My order for replacement pads was posted within hours great service and so glad I can still get pads for our unit that we have had forever.

Rude person. Needed manager to make a decision on a replacement t lid for gel. Scabby after al I e spent. Quality of pads are pretty useless and the bottle lid.

To be clear about the facts here: - You called our office, was very abrasive with our staff member, stated you had broken the lid of the Gel, demanded that a new lid be sent to you immediately then hung up on the staff member. - Our customer service staff member had sent you a replacement lid for the one you broke within half an hour of your phone call and had communicated this to you at the time via a message on your husbands voicemail, which was the only record of contact we had to communicate with you. - The product you are complaining about hasn't had any complaints made about the lid previously that would make us believe it is of poor quality, or subject to breaking easily. The Conductor Gel lid currently has a 0.0005% failure rate which is far better than industry standard. As you believe our company and/or products are "scabby", even though our customer service team member has gone above and beyond to assist you with your issue, we would happily receive a return of the products you have purchased for a refund. If you would like to go ahead, please contact us via email to info@painpodau.com within 7 working days. As you were rude and abrasive to our staff we will not be taking further phone calls from you and would prefer to keep a record of written communication.

Honestly couldn’t manage working without pain pod. The relief from pain and swelling on an old broken ankle injury and on neck and back tightness is amazing.

Everything is working well It helps to eliminate sore areas Having had the glass fractured i suggest you sell controller in the silicon cover

Device works but it hasn’t relieved my pain (inflammatory arthritis and peripheral neuropathy).

Sometimes the relief won't be immediate and may take a bit of time for your body to react, which is why we offer a 90 day money back guarantee as we understand that this kind of treatment is not going to be for everyone. I did notice that you have the gloves, we have found that putting moisturiser on your hands before putting on the Gloves has a marked effect on the sensation and how it will work.

My husband has been using Pain Pod for 5/6 years could not play golf unless he uses it first. I would like to know more about heat one

Sure thing, the Heat has 8 modes, 20 intensity levels and works with a special Heat Pad where it can be operated directly attached to the pad or by using an extension lead. You can use TENS, EMS & HEAT independently or in combination. We'd be happy to give you a call if you have any questions or would like to discuss further.

Thank you for your review. I want to check that you are aware the receivers will automatically cut off after a 45 min treatment cycle and can then be reset. You should find you can use them for around 24hrs continuously so this would be around 30 treatments for each receiver and the device should hold charge for longer than this. Let us know if you are finding this isn't the case and if you would like a call to do some troubleshooting.

Great customer service, my item was apprently delivered by Auspost, but it wasn't however Painpod got straight onto it. Then amazingly it was in my letterbox the next day, even though Auspost said it was in there the day before. Either way prompt customer service - tops

We have had our Pain Pod for, like some 10 years at least, and swear by it. Both in our later years, we find it most beneficial, and certainly fixes the problem areas that it is designed for.
