Thank you for your review and we're pleased to hear your PainPod is helping you manage your Knee Pain. In regards to pads there are a number of different factors that will effect how long their stickiness will last, including storage, climate and skin type. The dryer weather can cause the gel to dry out faster so we recommend adding a couple of drops of water prior to storage after use.
If you find they aren't sticking as well after a short period of time, we recommend trying the Conductor Gel - it will help them last a bit longer and also rehydrate the pads at the same time.

Testing on this product has shown that 36-43 degrees Celsius is the optimal temperature for prolonged periods so that the skin does not burn, or become numb, which may lead to overstimulation from the TENS or EMS.
