I can see from your order that you had purchased the M device which doesn't have any sensation in the Microcurrent mode and only Level 1 intensity in the booster mode. If you would like more intensity you may need to use one of our multimode devices which can go right up to Level 20 intensity. Due to COVID, only Saw my surgeon this week.
Because of health issues , replacements urgently needed, but possibly not a good outcome if go ahead.
