Hi there! Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear that you are finding the velcro on our Biobelt annoying. As long as the pad is touching your skin you'll find the BioBelt will still work, so essentially the velcro belt can sit over your clothes if that is more comfortable. Alternatively, we do have the BodySystems Belt which is designed with a thicker and more comfortable belt which may be more suitable.

“My second Pain Pod.
I bought my first around 10 years ago (which still works, uses the same pads and kept charge packed away in a box for about 4 years).
I can now use the Pods together on different areas or with large pads on one and small on the other. (Hubby now borrows one when he needs it too!)
I'm grateful that the pad wires and pads are the same connections across the range as my old wires and pads weren't in great condition any more. I am glad that there are extra large pads and the back specific pad too.
Turning to my Pain Pod(s) again has helped ease chronic pain from a spinal injury and neuropathic pain from a genetic neurological/nerve condition. They are also helping to work muscles and circulation in my legs which don't work properly now.
My only disappointment is that the new Pod has 2 less programs than my original. I will never be pain free, but my pain level when using Pain Pod is half that without. I am able to cut back significantly on harsh pain medication and take less rest periods each day.”

“Used many different types of tens machines over the years to help manageme my back injury... my previous purchase wwas a painpod 3 and found it to be excellent, unfortunately it stopped working after 18m of constant daily use and I have now replaced it with a hidow mini.. both of these devices are of excellent quality and especially when used with the back belt .... pads are good, but i highly recommend the back belt as it's more comfortable and seems to be stronger in effectively treating areas on either side of my spine.”

I have had very good and professional communications with Painpod Australia however I’m very frustrated with the product I recently purchased/ received.
I purchased a knee sleeve and do not understand why there is only connector on the knee sleeve yet there was a connector cable supplied with 2 connectors.
It appears to randomly have a current running through the sleeve. The gel pads give a far stronger and even current. I’m having major surgery on my knee in 2 months.
I bought this product to assist my recovery. I use moisturiser to assist the conduction with minimal effect.

Hi Corey, we are very sorry to hear that you are having some problems with your recently purchased Knee Sleeve. They do come singularly and need to be used with a pad (unless you have a pair of Knee Sleeves). That is why the cable supplied has 2 connectors. Our team will contact you to rectify this asap.
