“The Pain Pod has been so helpful with managing back and neck pain. Not only does it help keep me moving and provide pain relief it has also reduced the amount of pain medication I would normally take. The customer service is to be commended. I had an issue with the Pain Pod on delivery and Isla from the Pain Pod team was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly and with ease.”

“Really disappointed with painpod2. I already have a pain pod and love it. This one has less options and very flimsy to use. Find it harder to use also. Sorry”

Hi Jo, Thank you for your feedback. Yes you are correct it does have less options than the PainPod 3 and because of this it is at the lower price point. I'm sorry to hear you find it flimsy to use, our records show it actually incurs the least amount of physical damage through our fault reports. “I love the Pain Pod products, and recommend them to all my family and friends. I even let them borrow my devices (with a set of unused pads) and let them test the device for a few days to a week. I truly believe in the Pain Pod products.”

“I would like to write a review, but I ordered over a week ago, got charged an exorbitant amount of $15 for postage on a pack of patches that could have been posted in an envelope and have still not received my product! For the price I paid for shipping I would expect to have had express shipping! Not really good enough in my opinion unfortunately!”

“Very happy. I bought the pain pod heat after badly injuring my back. The day after starting to use the pain pod my back felt quite a bit better. Continuing to use and improve. Customer service was very good and the woman I spoke to was very helpful”
