“It was a little confusing on how to track it and took awhile but I knew it would because of how far it was but I do love my picture! And the pen I bought with it!”
“I'm enjoying using the square drills, but am a little disappointed with how they are cut. They aren't all faceted the same. Some are cut on the square giving it less facets per drill, and some are cut on the diagonal (giving them a much nicer shape, look and fit). I wish they were all cut the same, one way or the other so that the finished product looked more consistent.”
“We ordered a custom picture of our Boxer puppy (7 months old). It took about 23 days to get the picture. When I started working on it there was a 2x2 area that looked like the adhesive was removed. I spoke with customer support and they told me how to fix it. A few of the diamonds packets were majorly clumped together and hard to get a part. I was short 8-10 diamonds on one color but made it work.
Those issues above is why it is a 4 star review instead of a 5 star. The picture turned out AWESOME!!!! We ordered again and other picture that is bigger!!”
“This is my first kit so it took me a while to finish it but I really enjoyed doing it. The small tiles in this kit are square. I have ordered three more kits but they all have round tiles. I hope they turn out as good as my first.”

“This is so relaxing. I work a lot of overnights and this helps the time go by faster. My 3 yr old loves to help pick out the numbers for me. I have 2 more on the way. I do recommend getting the bigger sizes since it is in cm. But other then that this is perfect!!!!”
“This is very calming and I lose myself and time while doing, but no instructions (just have to guess) also, video shows using pink tool to pick up "diamonds" but that is not how it works (if it's supposed to, mine must be broken because I have tried to use it to pick them up, but have to use the tweezers to pick up "diamonds" and put into place and use pink tool to press onto picture)”
“I just received mine and I was excited as well as slightly disappointed because the picture was folded in half and left a very big ugly crease in the middle and the picture was very wrinkled, but put her than that it is very relaxing and fun to put together.”

“1. Word to the wise - It will take about a month and a half for your project to arrive - if you are prepared for that, it will help you be more patient in the process.
2. Find a way to organize all the tiny pieces. It will help you! Warning - don't spill them on the carpet! You will never find them again and it meant I didn't have enough of some colors, but I made it work. (lesson learned!)
3. There are no instructions at all. When I was 98% done, I realized what the pink sticky stuff was for - use it on the tool to help pick up the tiny diamonds. That would have been nice to know from the start.
4. Many of the diamonds are stuck together and hard to get apart without having them go flying! With some colors, I used every single diamond they sent me -and I don't think I spilled more than a couple of them!
5. My hummingbird project I did had lots of blue in both "B" and "8". It was VERY difficult to tell the difference between the B and the 8 and I did a bunch of guessing. It still turned out nice, though.
6. My project came folded in half and even after several months of laying it flat, taping it down and, putting books on it to flatten it, it still has an obvious fold even now in the completed state. Hint to the company - ship these in tubes so there aren't fold lines! I found it easiest to tape the canvas into a tray that fit it pretty well to hold it flat.
7. The edge of the project has a sticky portion. As I worked on it, the sticky portion caught pieces of my sweaters and clothing, so now it has a dark, "linty" edge.
8. I'm not sure how to go about framing this now that I'm done because of the sticky edge. It's sort of an odd size, too. I'm not sure I'll find a frame to fit it. After all the work I did to complete it, I'd like to display it somehow.
9. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed doing this, despite my complaints. It was very tedious, but I found it relaxing.

“I ordered my product on 2/21 and I knew it wouldnt ship right away because of the chinese new year. It does however come from China so the process is a little longer than just across the US... it says at least 30 days. I havent received mine yet so I cant really give any stars”
“I ordered one, smallest size just to see if I would like it. I fell in love, I have ordered 2 more in bigger sizes, and my daughter has ordered 2. I will be ordering more. I just don't like that it takes so long to get to me. The first one that I got ordered the 29th of January, received it the 3rd of March. only took a couple of days to complete. such a great stress reliever!!!! there was a bend in the canvas, which bent the sticky part the stoned go on, left it under a heavy book when not working on it, no problems finishing the piece. Super excited to get started on the bigger ones.”
