“The pieces that they have are beautiful, but their customer service is the worst! I received a kit and the corner was messed up on it. The double sided tape did not sit correctly and got messed up. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service and they do not respond at all. I have tried multiple times and multiple platforms and every time they say they will get back to me within 48 hours, but they never do. Do not waste your money on something that you can get off Amazon, Temu, AliExpress, etc. for way less money. At least there you expect what you get. With this company I am spending good money, but there is not help all if something is not right.”
“When enough money has been amassed from different sources, your account will be closed and all of the money will be stored in a fake broker account, making it impossible to retrieve. “Two months later and still no Christmas gift for our Grandson! I ordered a custom print for our Grandson Nov 10th for his Christmas gift. We were out of the country for a month, I received an email saying the last item on the order was out for delivery so I assumed it meant it was on its way to their home. He received the pen and organizer and as of Jan 5th still doesn’t have the print. Only when I told support to cancel and refund did they say it’s on the way and can’t be stopped or refunded. It’s now Jan 5th- nearly 2 months later and no print or shipping update. Of course I bought him another gift to replace it- I went to Michael’s and got a nice kit on sale and made his big gift a gaming chair for his computer. I should have known when I saw a notice about shipping delays due to Covid which has been over for a few years! I would not have purchased if I knew it was a company from China.”

“6 years ago I bought 3 customs of my pets and they were so beautiful. I have had them framed in our home since. We have added 2 new pets and 2 months ago I ordered their images. They made them larger than what I ordered which didn’t work because that’s not the size frame I have. I also informed them during communication that the colors were wayyyyy off. My black cat I received navy blue and 8 shades of bright blue for. My other cat who is tortishell (calico colors)…I received peach, purples, and pea greens for. I have never seen a cat this color.
They send me a replacement. This time the right size but again…colors are wrong. I immediately informed them and asked what do I need to do to get the corrected colors. They assured me that it would be fixed.
Well guess what. It arrived yesterday and again..wrong colors. They offered to replace but told me I needed to go bigger for better quality. It’s not the quality that is the issue…it’s the colors. No cat is green and purple! But when I told them I didn’t want a replacement I wanted a refund they are now refusing telling me that I am wrong and the colors are right despite me showing them evidence over and over that anyone with a human eye can see is wrong.
I placed my order on 9/27. It is now 11/28 and I still don’t have the correct items which now won’t be completed for Christmas.
Keep your money and stay far away from this company.”

Ordered a custom picture, (based on the wood frame I built to go along with this gift) to which they then increased the size of the picture without my consent.
Then it took 54 days before the order stated "arrived/delivered," in which I never received. I NEVER got my custom order, nor any assistance/remorse in getting refund/credit
DO NOT purchase form here - poor/ignorant customer service, and no willingness to assist the customers needs
