“I ordered a custom diamond painting of my green cheek conure and it turned out horribly. As you can see in the photo I uploaded, he has bright green feathers. I could tell when I finally received my kit that the green was wrong. The most green color was an army green while the rest were basically black or gray.
The most irritating part was that I tried to get customer service to correct the issue by sending a picture of the provided diamonds and asking for the correct shade of green because it was extremely obvious that it was wrong. Their response was that I had to actually apply the diamonds to the kit and send them a picture before they would issue a whole other kit. So basically spend time completing an incorrect painting in order to wait months for another that might be correct and do it all over again?
I did it anyway because I wanted to spare other customers the distress of working with this company and have attached some photos. The green cheek conure is named for (you guessed it) green cheeks! And the diamonds included for his cheeks were all shades of brown and red. The army green in the back feathers is ok (at least its green) but so much duller than the photo I provided and surrounded b Ya a lot of dark brown and black (which his feathers are not as you can see from the attached photo).
Another problem was that I ordered a bead organizer when I purchased the kit and the tracking showed it had been delivered but I had not received it. Customer service said it was still on the way and after waiting weeks to start the project and not receiving it, I just bought something else. I still have not received it.
All around too bad because I was hoping to do a large order of custom diamond paintings for wedding photos for my family, but definitely not with this company. For all I know the brides white dress would turn out brown...”
“I ordered a 50 x 40 painting for my granddaughter in November. It didn't come for almost 2 months, well past her birthday. I'm sure that COVID had something to do with that. But, it also had 10 packets missing from the kit, which we didn't find out about until she started working on it. She's more than half way done with the painting and it would be horrible if she can't finish it, due to the missing color. I emailed customer service (they don't accept phone calls) and am still waiting to get a personal reply to my email. They did send an automatic reply, which didn't help at all. Be aware that this company may disappoint you!”
“We brought several hundred dollars worth of stuff it came damaged so bad that water was just dripping out of the packages every package nothing was usable even the main package was taped up the water damage the label don't know how it got to us now after attempts too contact they still have not contacted us”

They have charged my card and I still continue to get emails telling me about great deals, etc. Again, no reply on my inquiries. Very frustrating and I'm thinking of cancelling all together.”
“I have ordered from them twice. They use the slowest form of postage possible without the option to upgrade. The first time they tried to send my parcel to a random street name in my town. It was sitting at the post office for months. The second time it never arrived and after over 3 months patiently waiting I requested a refund. They kept promising but not processing it. “I have had to initiate legal proceedings against this company as I ordered a package on December 25 and it is now March 11 and there is no sign of my package! I have emailed them 4 times regarding this issue and have been told ad nauseum that they would update me. I FINALLY got an update, but only after numerous threats of legal action. They have "escalated" the matter to their shipping department (allegedly) and will - you guessed it - "update me" on the status of the escalation. Well, that was 3 days ago and I have heard NOTHING!! I ordered this for my daughter's birthday, which is on March 13 (in 2 days) and now I have nothing for her. How naive of me to believe that, by ordering it in DECEMBER, it would NOT be here by March! It wasn't cheap, either - $92 Canadian. Tried calling their "customer service" line and it said the number was not in service.”
“I've placed and order at the end of December and 2 months later I didn't received anything. In the tracking system it's in status RETURNED. When I requested an explanation on the 26 January, they replied only on 3rd February that the shipping address is incorrect, even though it had all the info. Since that email reply I got on 3rd February, I've sent a dozen of emails to get my money back and no reply.

“I ordered a custom photo kit in hopes it would arrive in the 4 week time frame it suggested. It has been over 6 weeks and I still have not received it. I did reach out to customer service and they assured me that it was shipped and on its way. When I tried to get an update on a delivery date, the automated email continues to say the same thing as when I placed my order. Do not waste your time or money with this company!”
“Ordered 3 kits in early October 2020 as Christmas gifts for my mother and sister. It is now January 19, 2021, and the kits have still not arrived. The tracking has not updated in 2 months. Customer service refuses to do anything. Will not refund or offer replacements. I would not recommend this company.”

“I ordered 3 of these for my mother on 11/20.
It’s now January 14 and the shipping status says “mail in transit in China” after having said it was at US Customs on January 5. At this point I really just want my $80 back. I will never order from this company again.”
“I ordered a custom print and the art team was wonderful and helpful. But my order never made it to me and when I followed up after three months they said it must have been stolen once delivered. When I emailed customer service they offered a gift card for less than a third of the price of the print. I will not order again and am very disappointed that a refund was not offered. Would not recommend.”
