“The quality of the image and product is above average, if and when you receive your order. Customer Service is very slow to provide logistics information, even after you do the work for them and show them the tracking. They respond with static messages instead of details specific to your order.”

If foreign companies want to earn money in the US, they should be required to use English. Six weeks for delivery of such a simple item is ridiculous. Go buy it in the store.”
“Took 4 1/2 months to receive my kit. Ordered in April. Also tracking was impossible to follow. The kit came in good condition and everything needed was included. That's why 2 star instead of 1.”

“So I placed my order on May 20th, with that being said I received notice that my item shipped probably 2 or so weeks later. I waited the 3-5 days for the tracking information to pop up but nothing came. I even emailed and they sent me the link back with the same thing showing me no further updates other than its been shipped. Lastly, the response at the bottom of the email was to wait 4-8 weeks for my product. I ORDERED IN MAY!!! and 4-8 weeks from the date of the email means that I won't get it until August! Make that make sense!!!

“I do understand why it took 2 full months to receive my product, given the pandemic. BUT, the website says the company is US. So, I did not expect to have to wait a long time to get them. It was not revealed to me until AFTER the purchase that I would have to wait. The tracking number given was totally useless. I bought four items. They all were jammed into a shipping bag about 8x12. All four of the pictures were wound around a small foam cylinder. I have them under a heavy box to straighten out. I did start on the 1st one. The glue extends down to almost the bottom of the border, so no place to put my fingers to hold it steady, and keep sticking my fingers to it. And the glue is all bubbled in places, so not sure how well the diamonds will stick. The worst thing, though is that many of the little icons are printed on the picture in white on pale backgrounds. It's a nightmare to see if I am putting the correct diamond on. Eye strain is not going to be relaxing. :( One last thing - it almost seems like there is not enough room for the diamonds. I am sticking them right up next to the last one, but am forever having to try to shove them over to leave the full square for the next one. I did two other diamond paintings previously from another company that were printed in a way much easier to read.”
“Tried to cancel my order after waiting 6 weeks and it still hadn't even been shipped. Instead of canceling it, they told me it was shipped that day. Almost a month later, I'm still waiting. I wouldn't order from them again.”

“My order took over a month to get to me. I had no idea it was being shipped from China. I was so excited to get this because the picture online was gorgeous and when I finally did, I spent many hours trying to complete it. Parts of it were easy, but a huge amount of the symbols are so lightly printed on the canvas, that even with a light box underneath, an Ott light above AND a magnifying glass, I still can't make out what some of the symbols are. Several of the symbols are very similar in shape which doesn't help. It's been very frustrating. None of the other diamond paintings that I have completed (and there have been many) have been this difficult to finish. I'm just hoping that somehow I can finish it. Of course all you see at first are the positive reviews. I'm surprised there are any at all.”
“I ordered 12/7, they said they shipped 12/15. I received 1/16. I bought 4. One had 2 pkgs of one color and 1 color was missing. I liked that each color was in separate baggies instead of one long strip. I don't know if there are enough drills, as they are gifts. The canvases do have a strong odor that I hope will dissipate. The canvases were on a foam roll so they were in good shape. I thought they were overpriced after seeing them. I still wouldn't buy from them again, but I was expecting worse based on other reviews, even though I'm sure they ship thousand pkgs a week.”
“Ordered two kits. First one the adhesive on canvas was folded and bumpy. The colors were off too. Ended up being mostly purple/pink when the example was reds/oranges. It turned out okay but not what I would hang up in my house to display. 2nd one missing over 800 "diamonds". Waiting to hear if they will replace them. Second kit the drills (diamonds) were very dull and not a good quality. They both came in the same box together but quality inconsistent. Not likely to buy from this company again.”
“I wanted to love them, I really did. I have done dozens of diamond kits, most of them I have ordered from amazon. I went ahead and ordered 2 different kits from PWD that were custom kits. the first one I ran into an issue where I didn't have enough of one color, no big deal as I had left over diamonds from an old kit that were a match. The second kit on the other hand has cause me to never want to do business with this company again. I started the other kit on 6/14/19. as per my normal process I checked all of the diamonds to make sure i had them all. learned during this process that i was missing one color. no big deal, there is a warranty, so i head online to order my missing diamonds. i provide all of the requested info and start the waiting process by starting my kit. i send an email on 7/16 trying to find out where my diamonds are since at that point i still haven't gotten an email saying they have shipped the first picture is the response I received from them. I then sent another email on 7/22 and 7/29 and did not receive a response to either. Fast forward to 8/14. a whole 2 months after the order for missing diamonds was placed I get an email saying the order was shipped. AWESOME. Every time I try to track it says it cant locate the package but i don't worry to much because it is coming from china. Fast forward to 9/15 when i get another email saying there has been an update to the shipping, it just made it through customs. 1 bag of diamonds that i ordered over 3 months ago still hasn't gotten to me. the kit has been sitting completed aside from this missing color for over 2 months. I understood shipping would take a while because of where the kits were coming from. But I received two custom kits in less time than it takes to receive one little bag of diamonds”
“My most recent kit was so unpleasant to work with. The square stones were clearly too large for the patterns. They kept popping up and off. Terrible!”
“I had previously ordered 5 kits and was happy with all of them. Any missing diamonds were replaced. But I ordered 2 more in early December and the tracking number doesn't work. The kits are nowhere to be found. I have emailed several times. Just get an automated response. I have asked for a human several times and nothing! Does anyone know how to reach a human at this place?
Also the square kits I did the diamonds kept popping off. I had to glue them down.
I'll change the star rating if someone from this company would please get back to me about my missing orders.”
“I have been fighting diamonds popping up for two weeks now on the one that I’m doing.
I wonder if anyone has a suggestion to solve this problem. I try to pick out the smallest of the diamonds to use but it doesn’t seem to help.”
