“When I attempted to cancel an order less than 12 hours after buying it they could not make it happen. When the painting finally arrived to my home I attempted to identify the package I received without opening it to ensure I got a full refund. The tracking number on the mailer did not represent any one I ordered. When I asked them to tell me what was in the box they shipped to me they could not track the number on the label.
Their administrative tracking is horrible. Plus sending it back is at my expense. A very frustrating process all and alll. Will find another company.”
“Ordered a kit that took months to get here then as I'm working on it I see that half of the symbols were turned on the picture different than they were on the code chart. Hard to decide what color went where when I had triangles shifted and w and m rotated to name a few!”
“I really like the product and the service response is good. I'd give it 4 or maybe 5 stars IF...
1. The shipping time wasn't measured in months...yeah literally. So stock up on your orders because the next one will take...forever. Furthermore, be aware that this item comes without a plain outside box so people know exactly what it is (and steal them) because they can resell them...grrrr. Also, without a cover box, the product box gets very mangled during shipping and often (for me) comes with broken items or broken pieces bags, filling the bag with those little guys and many, many of them fell out of the box in transit somewhere.
2. The price is average with other diamond painting vendors, which is too high as it is. Their margin must be 90%!
3. The image you expect is not always ALL of the image. This is based on the original size and the size you ordered it in. For example, the Stary, Stary Night is great, but it cut off a good 3 inches vertically! Really? That's not cool.
4. The "free" packet contains two good and useful ends to the pen, but they are made incredibly weak. I'm not using it that hard (its true), but I've broken off 4 of those plastic ends. How hard is it to provide an option for a "deluxe" packet that contains a better pen and metal ends that won't break.
5. They should offer a better framing option than the one terrible one (top and bottom only) they currently offer. If they do, I've not seen it in my searching.
This all sounds like I'm complaining, but I'm trying to offer ideas to make a better product and product experience.”
“I really love the product that I have recieved from this company, but my last order has put a bitter taste in my mouth as I still have yet to receive it after over 2 months and I have no new information through the website for tracking.it has said "Pending" from the moment I got the order number and it was shipped and has given me no updates since. I'm strongly disappointed with the lack of information and updates to what is going on with my order and I have sent 2 messages to customer support with no reply. I hate to leave a bad review but this is something that shouldn't happen when it comes to purchasing from a reputable business.”
“I placed two orders with them. The first took 9 weeks to arrive, while the other took 10 weeks. I just started one of the pictures and so far, I think the quality is good. I haven't found any air bubbles like I've found on other pictures.
It was very frustrating to wait so long for my orders. I contacted the company a few times and did receive a response, although not always a satisfactory response. I wonder why this company cannot figure out how to send an order via Fed Ex. I'd be willing to pay more for a faster delivery. One of my orders was sent by ship which took a week to cross the ocean then another week in CA. The other order may have flown in from China because it arrived in NJ. Still didn't arrive any faster.
I would like to order from them again because they do have some unique kits, but I would like to get my order in a timely manner.”
“I did fianal get my after 2 mos. And several emails. I to was very frustrated with the extented wait for delivery. Great product compared to others i have seen. the paper that covers it comes in 3 sections instead of 1 which i have seen on other ads. I think this works much easier to just expose small sections at a time. Considering order more if i cant find the this kind quality in my local craft stores.”

“I placed 2 orders back the beginning of April. One was from their US stock and the other wasn't. I received my US order quickly, within a week or so. I'm still waiting on my other order TWO months later.”
“I have ordered multiple paint with Diamonds and the turnaround is normally good, as it comes by boat from china. This last one I ordered on April 28th and I have yet to receive it. I know with everything going on shipping will be longer, Fingers crossed I will get it soon. Will order from them again... As it is well worth the wait...”
“They always answer when you message them. But the tracking is horrible and I can never get a straight answer. I honestly will probably wait the 4 weeks it takes from aliexpress than here. It's cheaper by more than 50% and at least I know it's coming late.”
“good variety and decent price. They constantly remove the paintings and re-upload them as a 'new arrival' so prior reviews are no longer accessible. Because they're constantly re-uploading items half of my wish list is constantly disappearing. Half the reviews that post to the paintings are not even reviews about that item. My biggest complaint is with the shipping department. I've had 5 orders so far where I purchased multiple paintings and each time they don't give me all of the tracking numbers for my order. This constant issue has made it difficult for me to want to continue using paint with diamonds but I have yet to find a better company to use.”
