“Took 6 weeks to receive. Was then sent with one colour missing. When contacted first time they apologized and confirmed number of colour missing. Waited 2 months, emailed again no response. Wont deal with this company again. I could of got same picture from overseas at half the cost”
“Placed an order and got it after 4 weeks. One of the pictures was missing the black diamonds. I have sent 4 emails and I have gotten no response. I would not recommend them to anyone. They advertise that they ship within 3 days but they forget to tell you it is coming from China.”

“It took 2-1/2 months to get my order when most of the other companies from China I ordered from in the same time period took 5 weeks at the longest. I paid top dollar for a painting because they were the only company I could find it from so I expected it to be top quality. WRONG!! The canvas was fine, a few rivers I could fix but the drills were the worst I’ve ever seen. All of the colors had dimples on the top side of the drills and they were unusable. Luckily I could substitute a few diamonds for colors I was short on and one color I had left over from another painting. I have a bag of unusable drills from this one painting that is 3 times as big as all the trash I’ve collected from all 18 DPs I’ve already completed. Will never order from them again.”
“Out of all the companies I’ve purchased from, Paint with Diamonds is taking the longest, and I’m still waiting. I emailed them and Ana responded by saying patience is required due to the plague. Um, all the other sites I’ve ordered from are similarly affected by the same plague you speak of. Not recommending them and will never ever order from them again.”

CEO Corey does not take care of his customers. They owe me 128.00 and I still don’t have it. Emailed Corey many times. Just asks repeated questions and doesn’t send me my money. Now they want me to prove I sent it back. Not a very pleasant company. They don’t care about their customers. They just want the almighty dollar.
I have already told many many people not to shop here. There are other diamond dot companies and pictures out there.
I won’t give a company money for a product if they don’t stand by their product or customers.
Be careful everyone. Amazon can’t help cause they are third party.
