“FedEx delivered package at home on dec24
Arrived home after Christmas party late at night and no package at the door. I assume that it was stolen.
Wrote at info@pajar.com and no response since December 26.”
“Boots are made small. I’d size up a half size next time. The material gets stuck in the side zipper and is not well designed. Not happy with my purchase overall but I do like the look of the boots.”
“The sizing chart on the website is widely inaccurate. Their size “US 5 / Eu 36 / 22 cm” is actually with an interior sole of at least 23 centimeters and more resemble a EU 37/US 6. Such a shame for us gals with smaller feet. I’m a EU 34 and can usually get away with a pair of US 5’s with insoles (they’d be about 1 cm too big for me), but these shoes are more than 2 cm too large for me. If they’d actually been 22 cm interior sole as the website advertises it would have been fine. Including image of the Pajar size 5 next to my existing US 5 boots from another brand - the pajar are at easily 1.5 cm longer on exterior.
Unfortunately their kids shoes are not as stylish or have the same attention to detail/technical details like the ice grip soles. They’re also only a 1/3 of the price of the adults shoes.
I wish they made their boots in smaller sizes :(”
“Just recieved a pair of Trooper 2 boots to replace the ones I've had for about 5 years. The old ones were worn out on the sole and the lining tore but they were good boots all in all which is why I replaced them with the same.
I have no idea if the new ones are as good yet. I'm writing this review because Pajar asked me to in an email about an hour after I had them delivered. After I ordered these boots I started getting non stop emails froim these guys, had to unsubscribe before the boots even showed up. Pajar makes decent boots but they are really, really agressive with the email marketing, it's a major turnoff.

New boots: Who knows? They seem ok.

“Mixed feelings. The boot I ordered was beautiful and the footbed felt great. The back dug into my calf, so I had to return them. I would have exchanged, but your online exchange doesn't allow a boot that isn't exactly the same price. Kinda silly as that reduces what I could exchange for significantly and I didn't bother. I ordered from another store instead. It didn't help that when I called to see about processing an exchange the woman I spoke to was indifferent and it was clear she didn't care if I lived or died. Made no attempt to help me with the exchange.
I may purchase Pajar in a store, but never online again.”
“J'avais communiquer le jour de ma commande avec le sav et demander de d'avoir un demi point plus grand et ma commande n'a pas été ajuster par le service a la clientèle. A quoi bon parlé avec eux. Décevant. Bonne continuation.”
“I love the price but overall I was not happy with the purchase for the following reasons:
1. Packaging was horrible with big holes at the corner. Luckily the item was not damaged.
2. The front (calf) is too wide & looks funny when worn.
3. As per description the shoes is good up to -30 temperatures but my feet are still cold even if wearing warm thermal socks, no ground snow, at minus 1 temperature.”

Je tiens à vous informer que j’étais satisfaite des mes bottes d’hiver mais malheureusement j’ai constaté un défaut sur les semelles des bottes ou je me suis tombée aujourd’hui sur le sol suite à une accrochage le la semelle sur le sol ce qui a entraîné une chute sur le sol en causant un hématome sur ma lèvre supérieure et ma joue gauche et mon genou droit.

“I ordered these boots for my daughter for a Christmas gift. They didn’t take too long to arrive but when they did the small packets to preserve the fabric was busted open and all over the box. This was not a good look to a first time customer at all. The boots did not appear damaged in anyway and I hope my daughter enjoys them.”
“While the product chosen were very nice, they did not fit as I expected. All larger sizes were gone for each item. Although tracking returns back to the company address provided was confirmed for the two items ordered, I have yet to receive refunds for the products nor a reply from the company about the refunds which is disappointing!”
