“I received my Maxine winter boots just a week ago and have worn them almost every day for 1 to 2 hour walks on city paths. Today I used the built-in crampons and found them very helpful for walking on our icy patches on sidewalks, as well as just having additional grip on snow. I am a true size 7, ordered size 7 and have room for a thick warm sock......perfect! The boots are very warm when walking and required absolutely no break in time. I highly recommend them! Bonus: attractive boot with shearing trim!”
“Best boots I have ever owned. These are a replacement for the same ones I bought 10 years ago. They look great, very warm, and durable. I just put mink oil on twice a year. After 10 years the old ones finally wore out after heavy use. Expensive but worth it.”

“I have been buying Pajar shoes for a long time. I bought my first pair of Pajar boots in 1999, when I learned to appreciate their comfort in cold weather (I am not able to stand well very cold weather without them). Since then, I have bought five more pairs.
I recently bought my seventh pair (!). The processing and delivery were very fast. However, I realized that I had bought the wrong shoe size this time. Unfortunately, the exchange is taking a little longer than expected this time, which is slightly frustrating. :( (reason why I am giving it a four stars, instead of five).”
“A few months of wearing these and I’m very happy! They’re quite warm (still need warm socks) and waterproof and I love the style. Seem like they’ll be easy to clean and the quality is there. Obviously not for deep snow. True to size but sometimes wonder if I should have sized up for thick winter socks.”
