Pajar has been my go-to brand for winter boots for 10 years now and athough some styles are more comfortable than others, I have yet to be disappointed. I have terrible foot and knee issues due to a chonic health condition so comfort supercedes all. I find Pajar boots are warm, comfortable and stylish. Plus, Ice-Gripper series is a must-have in my wardrobe because I don't have great balance. It doesn't hurt that on-line Returns are easy.”

“I am extremely disappointed with both the craftsmanship and the limited warranty on my Pajar winter coat.
I purchased the Rimi Women’s Urban Parka in late October, 2024 for $600, hoping to enjoy at least 7-8 years of warmth and wear. Unfortunately, earlier this year, the zipper began malfunctioning, and it has now reached a point where it is completely unusable. I contacted Pajar for assistance, only to find out that they refuse to help with a zipper replacement, citing a one-year warranty.
Considering I live in Calgary, where the coat is only worn for about 4-5 months a year due to our chinooks, I have realistically experienced less than one year of actual usage before it became unusable.
I used to take pride in wearing a Canadian brand coat, but I am now regrettably reconsidering my support for this company. It is frustrating to see that they do not manufacture products that can withstand our Canadian winters.
To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement.”
“I received my Maxine winter boots just a week ago and have worn them almost every day for 1 to 2 hour walks on city paths. Today I used the built-in crampons and found them very helpful for walking on our icy patches on sidewalks, as well as just having additional grip on snow. I am a true size 7, ordered size 7 and have room for a thick warm sock......perfect! The boots are very warm when walking and required absolutely no break in time. I highly recommend them! Bonus: attractive boot with shearing trim!”
“Best boots I have ever owned. These are a replacement for the same ones I bought 10 years ago. They look great, very warm, and durable. I just put mink oil on twice a year. After 10 years the old ones finally wore out after heavy use. Expensive but worth it.”
