When they arrived, she was very excited to try them on. Unfortunately, the top of the boot was so narrow she couldn't even get more than half her foot through the mouth of the boot. Very disappointed, but I have no choice but to return them with the sad conclusion that someone really dropped the ball with this design. I couldn't even get something inside the boot to measure the length of the foot to determine I had selected the right size.”
