“I haven’t got my boots yet so I can’t give my opinion on them product but the shipping and the updating of it is horrible. Took like a week to even give me a tracking number and I been waiting for 3 weeks for my boots and they are not even close to my house yet and they been stuck on the same place for like 3 days”
“I love the styles! I ordered my first pair in U.S. women’s 9.5, which is my usual size. Unfortunately, they’re at least half a size too small and possibly a full size too small. I do not have wide feet, either. I can barely get my bare foot in them much less with socks. I considered sending back for a 10, but you’re all out after your big sale and I don’t want to have to pay for shipping for a return again. Maybe I’ll try again another time.”
“The sizing chart on the website is widely inaccurate. Their size “US 5 / Eu 36 / 22 cm” is actually with an interior sole of at least 23 centimeters and more resemble a EU 37/US 6. Such a shame for us gals with smaller feet. I’m a EU 34 and can usually get away with a pair of US 5’s with insoles (they’d be about 1 cm too big for me), but these shoes are more than 2 cm too large for me. If they’d actually been 22 cm interior sole as the website advertises it would have been fine. Including image of the Pajar size 5 next to my existing US 5 boots from another brand - the pajar are at easily 1.5 cm longer on exterior.
Unfortunately their kids shoes are not as stylish or have the same attention to detail/technical details like the ice grip soles. They’re also only a 1/3 of the price of the adults shoes.
I wish they made their boots in smaller sizes :(”
“Just recieved a pair of Trooper 2 boots to replace the ones I've had for about 5 years. The old ones were worn out on the sole and the lining tore but they were good boots all in all which is why I replaced them with the same.
I have no idea if the new ones are as good yet. I'm writing this review because Pajar asked me to in an email about an hour after I had them delivered. After I ordered these boots I started getting non stop emails froim these guys, had to unsubscribe before the boots even showed up. Pajar makes decent boots but they are really, really agressive with the email marketing, it's a major turnoff.
Old boots: 4.5/5
New boots: Who knows? They seem ok.
Marketing: 0/5”
“I love my new jacket!!! I saw it I. Another store and was in love, but they didn't have my size. I was worried about ordering it online but I made sure it would fit me. It's so warm and beautiful!!!”
“I absolutely love these boots!! super lightweight but very warm at the same time i sized up so i can wear thicker socks and it fits very well and very stylish!! good job i totally recommend”
“Ordered a size 12. Unfortunately this was not true to size - fit more like size 11. Wanted to do an exchange for a size 13, no stock. Gifted them to a friend finally. He wore them once and the creases where the feet fold made the boots look horrible, lost all their shine and looked broken. At this price point, would expect a higher quality product, and most of all no issues.”
“Shoes very heavy, I can only imagine how I would walk in the snow!
Run very small, my usual size 41 at least 1 size too small. Hassle to make a return- Hard to find any info about the return, shipping labeletc. took me a day to figure it out in a meantime I did contact Pajar customer service- no phone number available, only email, it’s been a week and haven’t heard back from them!
Bottom line- poor quality, uncomfortable snow boots not to mention no customer service available.
Never again!”
