“D'abord, une livraison qui semble-t-il ayant été faite sans personne n'ayant sonné à la porte. Au téléphone, un employé de Pajar m’a dit que j'aurais dû prendre l'assurance de livraison en cas de vol, alors que le commerçant est responsable de remettre l'objet acheté au consommateur. J’ai essayé les bottes hier avec les crampons et je glissais sur la glace. Je ne suis donc pas satisfaite de mes bottes ni du service Pajar.”
“I ordered the wrong colour on line. To ensure I got the right colour in size i needed as it’s an Xmas gift I went ahead and ordered the right colour. I tried to return the first pair online - what an ordeal !!!! There site does not work properly and will not generate a return label ( btw there’s a cost to return ) . I had to call customer service to get a label. Bottom line buy your Pijars at another retailer like browns that make returns easy and free.”

“Rediculously stylish boots with Pajar’s winter capabilities.
They fit perfectly- true to size. Cuff makes them easy to put on and take off, but difficult to get snow inside.
The interior has a lovely fuzzy lining.
Platform sole keeps me above snow and the tread is nonslip.

“I was so excited to finally get reversible ice cleats - but it was not to be. Though the photos on the site made the boots look puffy, soft, and forgiving, in fact they were rigid and narrow, and ran small to boot. I could barely get my foot into them (a short pull-on style); though I ordered on the larger end of my normal size, there's no way I could have worn thick socks or added an insert to the shoe (which I would have needed to do; they felt very flat and did not have enough arch support for my feet). I wish there had been more information about the fit on the website - but also, I understand that it's hard to know until you try on for real. I hope they work for some people, but they definitely do not for me or my family.”
“Mixed feelings. The boot I ordered was beautiful and the footbed felt great. The back dug into my calf, so I had to return them. I would have exchanged, but your online exchange doesn't allow a boot that isn't exactly the same price. Kinda silly as that reduces what I could exchange for significantly and I didn't bother. I ordered from another store instead. It didn't help that when I called to see about processing an exchange the woman I spoke to was indifferent and it was clear she didn't care if I lived or died. Made no attempt to help me with the exchange.
I may purchase Pajar in a store, but never online again.”
