Ordered a size 12. Unfortunately this was not true to size - fit more like size 11. Wanted to do an exchange for a size 13, no stock. Gifted them to a friend finally. He wore them once and the creases where the feet fold made the boots look horrible, lost all their shine and looked broken. At this price point, would expect a higher quality product, and most of all no issues.

Shoes very heavy, I can only imagine how I would walk in the snow! Run very small, my usual size 41 at least 1 size too small. Hassle to make a return- Hard to find any info about the return, shipping labeletc. took me a day to figure it out in a meantime I did contact Pajar customer service- no phone number available, only email, it’s been a week and haven’t heard back from them! Bottom line- poor quality, uncomfortable snow boots not to mention no customer service available. Never again!

I was so excited to finally get reversible ice cleats - but it was not to be. Though the photos on the site made the boots look puffy, soft, and forgiving, in fact they were rigid and narrow, and ran small to boot. I could barely get my foot into them (a short pull-on style); though I ordered on the larger end of my normal size, there's no way I could have worn thick socks or added an insert to the shoe (which I would have needed to do; they felt very flat and did not have enough arch support for my feet). I wish there had been more information about the fit on the website - but also, I understand that it's hard to know until you try on for real. I hope they work for some people, but they definitely do not for me or my family.

I love my own Pajar items & have never had any problem with them. My 8 year old granddaughter's feet have no oddities; I love the look and professed quality of the Pajar boot she picked out. When they arrived, she was very excited to try them on. Unfortunately, the top of the boot was so narrow she couldn't even get more than half her foot through the mouth of the boot. Very disappointed, but I have no choice but to return them with the sad conclusion that someone really dropped the ball with this design. I couldn't even get something inside the boot to measure the length of the foot to determine I had selected the right size.

I was really worried when my account suddenly got restricted right after I made a withdrawal. It felt like I was stuck and couldn’t access my funds.
