Bottom line- poor quality, uncomfortable snow boots not to mention no customer service available.

Though the photos on the site made the boots look puffy, soft, and forgiving, in fact they were rigid and narrow, and ran small to boot. I could barely get my foot into them (a short pull-on style); though I ordered on the larger end of my normal size, there's no way I could have worn thick socks or added an insert to the shoe (which I would have needed to do; they felt very flat and did not have enough arch support for my feet). I wish there had been more information about the fit on the website - but also, I understand that it's hard to know until you try on for real.
