“I bought a pair of men's Trooper 2.0 boots in 2023. I wore them maybe a dozen times with absolutely no heavy use. I noticed a large bubble forming under the sole of the toe area on one of the boots. I contacted Pajar and of course they told me to go away since I was outside of the 6 month warranty period. I figured it was worth a shot since I'd barely used them. I was expecting to possibly be offered a discount code on another purchase (not that I'd buy from them again). But yeah, garbage product and a garbage company in my opinion.”

I sent it back to you, the response was "I understand you're looking to get a refund for your return of order #USA43953. Since it's been more than 30 days since your order was delivered, it might not be eligible for a return or refund."”

“Pajar is worst experience I have ever had. Just RUN away and never meet with them even buying from stores. I have not received my item and NO REFUNDS, i just lost my money. Before I returned the items and again NO REFUNDS. Their products are not cheap and I am sure nothing is worth with such a terrible attitude to their clients. You can send them hundred emails but they never help. It is SCAMMERS!!!

“I bought a pair of winter boots, and 4 days after there was a 20% rebate available online . Because of the return policy , several times the help center told me the return my boots and reorder them. What ? All those expedition fees for you and me just for a rebate. Your return policy is not flexible .. “I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing their overpriced boots with ice gripper technology. The ice grippers failed and I attempted to get it resolved. It has taken over a year to get absolutely nothing. Not the replacement parts. Not a discount on a new pair. Nothing. Just a year’s worth of back and forth emails. Save your money and do not buy these boots. I instead found Korkers Snowmaggedon winter boots for women. Better technology for traction. Waterproof. And 2/3 the price!”

Poor quality jacket looks some cheap tat. If a down jacket at this price is only going to last 4 years, that should be printed on the label.

“I bought the Pajar boots in an outdoor store in Vermont. They were expensive, but I was ok with the price. Initially, I really liked the look and uniqueness. However, after wearing them for just one season, they started leaking in the toe. My sock was wet in just a few minutes. This was not a puncture and was clearly an issue with the seams. I reached out to the company online and they refused to address my concern and were down right dismissive. Don't buy these products. I will stick to Patagonia and Arcteryx who have excellent no questions asked return policies. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that value their customers more than Pajar. Lesson learned.”
“I purchased a pair of men’s boots in November of 2023. After wearing them a few times the pull on the back tab broke off. I contacted Pajar, who in the beginning were moderately helpful. They offered me a full refund or exchange. I took the refund. The boots were recieved by Pajar on January 22, 2024. It is now March 28, 2024 and I have not been refunded. I have been told it’s with accounting and I’ll receive an email when it’s processed. The dismal customer service and return process is the worst I have ever experienced. If my money is not returned soon I will dispute the charge on my credit card through their fraud department.”
“I never in my life thought that a big and well known company is actually a SCAM!! You either don't receive your order or if you have to return and you send them back the product, they just ignore it and return your item back to you with the note that receiver didn't want a product. WHAT IS THAT!!!!

“My poor son had wet socks almost all winter long because his brand new pair of Pajar winter boots formed cracks on the bottoms almost immediately. I thought the water was coming in from the top and would blowdry them frequently until I realized the issue. Unacceptable!”
