Today I used the built-in crampons and found them very helpful for walking on our icy patches on sidewalks, as well as just having additional grip on snow. I am a true size 7, ordered size 7 and have room for a thick warm sock......perfect! The boots are very warm when walking and required absolutely no break in time. I highly recommend them!
