My experience with Pajar's customer service is very unpleasant, as there are no humans working anymore! At least for me, there has been no human answered my requests!
I ordered on November 29, and it was sent via FedEx shipping. However, I haven't received the shoes yet, and I have not gotten any updated information on tracking them since last week (It has been more than a week over the standard delivery date).
I understand if the delay is due to the weather conditions, and if it shows signs of being delivered a few days later. However, there is no response from the FedEx or Pajar customer service. All I got are the responses from the AI agent. This is so frustrating!”
“I have tried contacting the company 6 times and cannot speak with a human agent. They shipped me one pair of boots and charged me for two. They are now saying two boots were delivered even after I sent them the photo of the package they sent that could only fit one pair in the box.”
“My boots arrived with a defect, one of the lacing holders ripped off the boot as I was lacing it up. I’ve been trying to contact someone to get a replacement and while they responded to my initial email, it’s been 5 days now since I’ve heard back from anyone. I’ve sent multiple follow ups with no response, which is not great customer service when your order has a defect and you’re trying to get a replacement, especially given the cost of these items. That being said, the boots are comfortable and I would really like another pair so I can wear them, but I don’t know if that’s going to happen anytime soon.”

For an item sold as new, this is completely unacceptable. There is no customer service phone number to contact, and their only physical store is in Mirabel. In this type of online purchase, if they provide a customer service email, they should meet their response times, which has not happened so far.
