We received the wrong boot and wrong size. Tried calling so many times for almost a month straight now and left messages. No return call at all.
Have emailed them so many times and no response.
Sent the boots back about 10 days ago and no response still by email or phone.
They take your money and do not care about. I would not recommend doing business with them unless you want to be tortured!”

The boots are surprisingly lightweight, especially compared to my other boots. I like this aspect. This was my first purchase, but not my last. I like to support our Canadian friends as well! “I bought a pair of pajar snow boots in 2013 on sale for $75 and those boots have maintained their quality with exception to wear on the side of the boots which lead to me removing them as socks, carefully. However, I just bought these as I am convinced of the good quality years ago. I tried them on upon receipt and I cannot wait to wear them out and about during the winters months in Wisconsin.”

I am a regular Pajar customer and usually very happy with the quality, but this Kirian Men’s Reversible Puffer Vest is a complete disappointment.
The white reversible side, which is heavily marketed on the website, looks terrible in real life. The fabric is wrinkly and cheap-looking, and it does not have the proper grid stitch pattern that a puffer should have. Even worse, the white side picks up a dark tint from the black side, making it look dirty and worn out almost immediately.
Overall, it looks poorly designed and poorly finished. This is honestly a bad product and nowhere near the quality I expect from Pajar. I regret not being able to return it only because I threw away the packaging. Otherwise, it would have gone straight back.

“I love the style of the boots I ordered from Pajar, however upon trying the boots on for the first time, the rubber loop tab at the back of the boot snapped. I was ready to return them for exchange but there were no more in my size in stock. Plus I felt it unfair having to pay return shipping for a defective item. I decided to cut off the loop tabs and keep the boots but will think twice before ordering from Pajar again.”

And that was the main reason for me to go with pajar in a first place. But after 15min walk with a dog at -10C, I feel the cold coming from the sole of the boot. Tried with the wool socks as well...”

“I tried to exchange a pair of boots bought on sale on Black Friday and despite having the pair in my size on their website, it was not available in the return portal. I emailed customerservice asking if they could help me with this exchange and after several confusing messages from their AI, a real person responded and helped me. They suggested that I return the boots and buy them again and agreed to give me the same discount that I received on the black Friday promotion. I did exactly as I was instructed, and the the Boots never came. It took weeks for them to resolve this, despite me emailing several times in the process. Close to the end of December, they canceled the purchase. The way they strung me along caused me to miss out on all the Boxing Day boot sales. I tried emailing them to ask if there was an accommodation they could make and voice my displeasure. I got an AI response and no human followed up. This company does not do proper business and I advise buying anything from them.”

“I have owned the women's Galaxt Llamas for less than a month. I have worn them 20 days. The internal support inside the back heel of the right boot has already given out and collapsed. The treads are already starting to wear out. This is the quality I would expect from a pair of $50 fashion boots of Zappos, not over $200 from a outdoor wear company. Exceedingly disappointing. I won't recommend Pajar in the future, nor will I purchase from them again.”
