“I visited Pall Mall Barbers at Bishops gate for a beard shaping / trimming with Cara. I was very pleased with the service and the result. Cara was also patient in hearing my comments and was a great help in advising me on how to best take care of it. I would recommend this barber shop to anyone ! I will be back !”

“Easily the best barbers that I've ever been too, which is why I keep coming back! Lovely staff, great service, and fair prices. Special mention to Elias, who cuts my hair exactly how I ask for (a surprisingly rare thing in barbers for some reason) and is an all-round top bloke. Highly recommended.”

“I was a customer at the Trafalgar Sq. shop and really liked it. Just went to the Bishopsgate location for the first time yesterday and the service was great. Cara was very friendly and made sure to get it exactly right. Will definitely go back!”

“I had both a haircut and shave with Cara at the Bishopsgate branch this week and it was a great experience. I was instantly made to feel at ease as soon as I arrived and the conversation was free flowing throughout. She cut my hair to make it look thicker and fuller and seemed very knowledgeable. She proceeded to give me the closest shave I have ever had and my skin felt so smooth afterwards. She talked me through the whole process with recommendations on products and techniques. She obviously knows what she's talking about.”

“I had my first haircut here today, I can honestly say that this was the most satisfying and technically wonderful haircut i have ever received. I made an appointment with Cara at the Bishopsgate salon, I was greeted with a lovely welcome and she genuinely seemed to care about what i wanted and about the standard to which this was achieved. Conversation was lovely and friendly and I was talked through each and every process taken during my haircut and style; advising me on how to dry and style my hair, going into detail about technique and which products to use. Once the cut was completed, Cara sincerely seemed to care about how happy i felt about the finished result. I have never in my life met a hair stylist who was as thrilled as I was about the result, I had every confidence in her throughout, however she realised how much more confident the cut made me feel and i could see how happy that made her too. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and Cara in particular. I shall definitely be returning here as often as possible. In short, this was the best haircut of my life.”

“I have had my hair cut twice by Alex at the Liverpool street barbers. It really is excellent service and have recommended him to my colleagues and friends! I am growing my beard at the moment and will be coming back in a month to have it trimmed and shaped.”

“I had an appointment with Alex at the Bishopsgate branch. The appointment was booked late on Sunday evening online for Monday morning. The booking system worked with no problem. The appointment was a 30 minute beard trim/shape. I haven't ever had an appointment like that before but Alex explained exactly what he was going to do and then set about getting it done. He was friendly and professional and did a great job. I didn't mention to Alex that I had a job interview today. I have to say that having this appointment beforehand relaxed me and made me look better and feel more confident. I couldn't recommend it more highly and if I get the job I'll be back for a haircut next.”
