“Part of the order was delayed, and I was sent someone else's order of 3/8's nylon rope. The rest of my shipment arrived eventually. They have asked me to return the rope but have not sent shipping labels or an rma number. And honestly, a coupon or discount for any future purchases would be appreciated for my time.”
