“It was very easy to order from PalmFlex. it was easy to find specific products on their web site. The product descriptions shared pertinent details. I had a question comparing one garden glove to another via email and a tax exempt question via phone. Both were answered quickly and clearly. “I asked Google for Hi Vis Black Bottom Waterproof Rain Suit - ANSI 3 for women sizes. Palm Flex came up which helped me for size M, but no S size! Help ! We are a Ski Patrol that needs small sizes . I did order 14 M's, but still need some Smalls! Any information on where I can obtain them would be helpful! I just placed the order, so of course they are yet to be delivered!”

“Part of the order was delayed, and I was sent someone else's order of 3/8's nylon rope. The rest of my shipment arrived eventually. They have asked me to return the rope but have not sent shipping labels or an rma number. And honestly, a coupon or discount for any future purchases would be appreciated for my time.”
