“I picked up my order from my FFL yesterday which was a rifle, 10 mags, and a rifle bag. Unfortunately there was no rifle bag with my order. I called customer service and spoke with a wonderfully polite woman named Jessica. She verified all of my info and said my rifle bag would be sent out to me. We also chatted about plans for the upcoming July 4th weekend. I must say nothing compares to talking with another human on the phone. This is yet another reason why I love PSA and will continue to spend my hard earned dollars with them. Keep up the hard work and know it is greatly appreciated!”
