“I contacted PSA because the item I ordered had a sale price lower than my purchase price. It was purchased one week ago and PSA honored the price difference. Jessica did an excellent job of resolving this issue.”
“Bought gun online. Called PSA in Columbia to verify my gun had arrived. Gun department would not pick up phone and hung up instead of taking call. Called back and talked to customer support and they verified that my gun had arrived. I went to the store and presented my drivers license and told associate the gun that I came to pick up. The associate would not go pick up my gun so I asked to speak to the manager at which he came over and defended the associate. I was irritated and the manager said that I could just come back tomorrow (if I didn't like my service). I live about 40 miles from PSA. I don't appreciate the customer service that I received. I have purchased a few firearms from PSA and the only thing that was needed was my identification and the firearms that I wanted to pick up. I will probably continue to buy from PSA but I realize that I have to put up with the crappy service when I walk into the store.”
“I try to order one gun from their website, the website showed error signs when checking out and on the third time my order went through successfully. I ended up ordering three guns instead of one and instead of getting a full refund I am out $40 for shipping because of their website malfunctioning. so if your order says it had an error at check out, don’t believe it it probably went through”
“This may be the last time I use Palmetto State Armory. I ordered some ammo, a resetting target and a little ammo box. All items were in stock when ordered. I received shipping updates and the ammo came in a single shipment about 6 days later - acceptable. I reached out to the "help center" chat line about the remaining items, which were not even mentioned to me as being shipped yet. Chat line is terrible - "hung up" on me super quick if it takes more than 60 seconds to respond, rude and un-appreciative automated responses, etc. Two days later, the target arrived with an invoice that said the ammo box was included, which it was not. Reached out to the chat line again - same rude, quick responses stating the ammo box was still processing and they are still within their 5-7 day processing timeframe, and then they "hung up" on me again. Actually, Palmetto, it's now been 8 days and I still don't have my complete order of in-stock items! Thanks, but this is not appreciated service. What upsets me most is the terrible chat help line service.”
“I like their products, have 4 of their AK's. However, their customer service just sucks. You can never reach them. This has been ongoing for a long time. Try their website, email, chat and can never get to them. They also never reply to emails. They send an auto reply, but not helpful. They really need to step up their customer service. It's very disappointing to buy from a company and literally get ZERO help from them. Yeah, they are growing, blah, blah, blah, then HIRE some people for help.”

“I received my order delivery confirmation within the 5 days promised. I think impatience is the biggest reason for bad reviews. If people are constantly calling a small business for taking too long they have Walmart. I thought we were supposed to support the people struggling to make you happy.”
“Purchasing a riffle? I did and was super excited to have it shipped to my FFL dealer. Now, keep in mind, I live in the great state of Washington (Grrrr!) where King Inslee made it illegal to purchase and/or import any magazine greater than 10 rounds. That being said, the M&P Sport II AR15 5.56/.223 I purchased “came with” a 30-round magazine. I never saw the magazine! When I wrote in to the customer service department requesting either a 10 round replacement magazine or a $15 credit towards a 10 round I could purchase (from them). Rather than reply with something helpful, I was awarded a copy-and-pasted statement from the “Terms and Conditions” section of the of the legal company policy. Does anyone really ever read this stuff other than the company’s attorney who wrote it?

We DO NOT ship high-capacity magazines with firearms to the states that have active magazine restrictions. We WILL NOT replace high-capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines. Best Regards,

“AWFUL. They are ALWAYS out of stock pf everything and their customer service is horrible. I cancelled an order and it took them two weeks to "process" a refund. They are lazy as hell and should be avoided at all cost.”
“I purchased magazines for my son for Christmas and just found out that they are not returnable because it’s outside the 30 day return window. I am a little disappointed that there is no extra time given with Christmas gifts. I purchased 11/30 and he opened his gift up on 12/25 to find out they don’t fit his gun. So far, customer service is unwilling to work with me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I couldn’t.”
“Stay away from this company, they will charge you instantly and not ship your items. You will not get a hold of anyone either. Spend your money else where, this is not worth the hassle.”
“Terrible product, terrible customer service and a terrible experience! I tried to refund one of their crappy products, I sent it back and waited for my refund which never came! When I called the company to ask I was basically told it’s not their problem and to contact my bank. Obviously I’ve talked to my bank and I would know if the money was refunded and it was not! If you want to keep your money do not do business with this company.”
“I placed an order paid the invoice that was finally sent and then was told I didn’t pay the taxes so they won’t ship my order and didn’t receive any invoice for the taxes after several requests then asked for a refund and was told no refunds so I reported them to the better business bureau will never do business with them again”

“After having made multiple purchases before without any complications, this time I never received the order that was sent to my house through UPS.
When calling palmetto they told me that ups rejected the claim because I was ups choice and therefore no one would be responsible for the loss of the package.
The package was sent without a signature required, that is, it does not matter if I was a Ups Choice member, the package would be left at the door of my house anyway!
customer service, apart from waiting 45 minutes to be attended, they have no empathy with customers, they are rude and practically leave you talking alone and block the call. This is the worst experience I have ever had!
the policies implemented by palmetto are in such a way that they do not pretend to protect the clients and only protect the company.!”
“Second request to cancel. No one seems care, no one answers the phone (on hold for 20 minutes twice today) no one answers the "chat" box, that states to use for "fastest response" no less. Tried that several times on multiple occasions. My case number is 01197374 submitted on 9/6 (15 days after placing order with no updates or shipping, web site states up to 10 days to ship). It has been 9 days since then with no response (message says usually 1 day but may be up to 3 days to respond) When I try to call I am placed on forever hold and again, why push the chat option if it is ignored. They have already charged my credit card for something they never shipped and can't seem to provide an update for. I chose a pre-approved FFL from their list, I don't understand how this is acceptable or how their message can even say they care about their customers.”
