"I tried to order ammo from I sale add I seen on Facebook. Went all the way to to finish filling out name,address, bla bla bla , email and credit card number. Just for it to tell me my credit card was declined. Bullcrap. I just got back from using it to fill up with diesel 10 minutes before ordering. It ask for another card. At this point I figured it was a scam. They better hope I don\u2019t get charges on my card after wasting my time with this make believe big sale as they call it. The contact us button didn\u2019t work on their page so I tried to email them and it won\u2019t send. It says it\u2019s not a valid email. ??? Good luck with these people. I\u2019ll pay double elsewhere before I attempt saving a dollar with palmetto again"

"I placed an order for a handgun on 9\/13. I made sure to order one IN STOCK. I was out of town when the order was placed online in case it was a temporary sale. I also made sure I ordered it from the Sam Rittenberg location because its close. I figured I'd go in when I got back into town and just pick it up, because it was being \"shipped\" to that location as my FFL choice. I went into the store on 9\/19 and was THEN told, it may not even be there by 9\/27 due to truck space !!!!!!!!!! This is the second order I;ve placed online and yet another fiasco like this has happened. In general it's an OK store, online - do NOT use unless you have thepatience of a death row prisoner."

I ordered on 8\/26 today is 9\/10\/2024 till now I have not received my package and they send me emails saying your package is delivered I called store they said we did not receive any package I called customer service automated system is said you get refund send an email to the Customer Service. It said still in the process I have no idea what kind of business they\u2019re doing. everyone should be get fired who work in the business and higher professional people"
