“They will get the job done quickly and efficiently. The communication during the whole process was very good. I did not have them to chase them for anything. One thing I would advice is to ask about the local Indian address in the application. Make sure you put down your own permanent address (if you have one) rather than their address.”

“I live in the US and communication is very difficult from half way across the globe. PanCardNri handled my case that made the process very easy for me. They kept in touch with me regularly by email without me having to remind them to do so. They guided me very well about the entire process, the documents needed etc. etc. I am vey happy to have worked with them and am very proud of Indian companies such as PanCard Nri who provide such flawless customer service. I would deal with them again if needed and they would be my first choice.”

“The option to apply for and get PAN card in the mail was appealing. However, tracking was not easy. I suggest taking a very hard look at choice of courier vendors and keep customers aware of status and whereabouts of their card. I am glad I got my cards, but it was very stressful all along until I got it. I will not recommend going through this unless you don't have another choice. Thanks.”

“I contacted pancardnri.com to apply for an NRI PAN card at the end of November. I received many helpful emails from Ms Prachi Gupta guiding me through the process of completing the application form and informing me about the documents that I would need to send to her in support of my application. The phone number on the website was unobtainable, so she gave me her own (WhatsApp) number to reassure me that she could be contacted if I had any queries or concerns. The application cost £38 and the DHL courier cost was the same. On the 8th December I received confirmation from Ms Gupta that the tax office were satisfied with my application and had issued me with a PAN. I wasa very impressed by the speed in getting the PAN, a process I know can take many weeks. The actual PAN card is being sent to my London address and has not arrived yet, but as long as I have the PAN, I am very pleased. I highly recommend www.pancardnri.com for your NRI PAN application and you can be assured that the responses and guidance that you receive from Ms Prachi Gupta will be prompt, professional and excellent.”

“I worked with Ms. Prachi Gupta and her team for getting the new PAN card. They have answered all my queries very promptly in the process and they are very knowledgeable. After sending the application and necessary documents, I received the card in 3 weeks. Their service is excellent and I would strongly recommend this company for getting faster and excellent service.”
