Ordered a mattress from Amazon, Silent Night. It wasn't despatched for 11 days but when panther received it, it was delivered on the day I arranged, a Sunday. The time slot I was given was 2:50-4:50pm. At about 5:30 the driver called to say it would be with me in 50 minutes. They showed up just after 7pm. I had been worried after reading reviews here and elsewhere but apart from the late delivery, everything was fine.

We've had two deliveries via panther. The first was excellent. The second the delivery team refused to deliver to the room, despite paying £25 extra for the service. Delivery man said it would take time, so refused. I now have to figure out how to manover the bed up two flights of stairs. Happy Beds dealt with the issue well and refunded the £25.

They messed up the original delivery of a Washing Machine ordered via Amazon - and I was expecting the worst after reading these reviews, but they came through OK on the 2nd delivery (2 days later) - so 50/50.

Not happy at all. Renovation project ruined by this useless company. Ordered several items from Dunelm and all the deliveries via Panther are late. All Other couriers they use are on time so has to be Panther at fault. Was in contact with them but service is shockingly bad. How does it take 2 weeks to get 4 chairs and they still not here. I think Dunelm should reconsider who they use as Panther is giving them a bad name

Delivery was actually an hour earlier than expected which wasn’t a problem. However I have never had more surly delivery people, no-one actually spoke to me at any point, one said absolutely nothing and the other one only grunted. They dumped the new mattress on the side, took the old mattress off the bed and were about to leave when I asked them to unwrap the new mattress and put it on the bed. One just left and went the van and the other one did as he was asked but with very bad grace. I’m in my 70s and you’d have thought a bit of common courtesy would have them do that without being asked. At least he took the packaging way with him. But if I never have another delivery from Panther it will be too soon.

I can't fault the timing of the mattress arriving but for friendliness of the people delivering it I'd give a zero. I understand that they may not have had a strong grasp of the English language but they didn't say one word apart from "sign here" and didn't even smile. It was very unnerving and unpleasant. Please train your drivers to be more polite and friendly - it really does make such a huge difference.

Panther guys turned with our 65in Oled tv - had to be prompted to set up (already billed for) and then requested the right screwdriver as as hadn’t got one.Unbelievable. TV had to be returned for replacement as defective- maybe due to their unprofessional set up. Really bad day. Samsung direct should chose a better delivery partner!

I’m extremely unsatisfied with my delivery experience!! The delivery itself was quick and tracking was made available with regular texts and updates. The issue being the men that delivered it where rude and impolite and showed no interest in completing the task at hand. The package its self with bashed up the stairs and not handled with care resulting in few scraps and marks. After paying £60+ for delivery unsure if I would use this company again

Good communication but totally inflexible. I needed them to leave my delivery in a safe place, where every delivery company I use is happy to do so but no, these guys insist on a face to face signed for delivery. I don't want to sign for anything given the COVID risk. I'll never buy from any company which uses these guys. Unbelievable.

Would have been 4 stars but for the driver who flat refused to remove my old mattress from the front door because it "Wasn't on his list". Even when I showed him the email confirming I'd paid extra for disposal he wasn't interested and left. I hope he enjoyed driving through rush hour city traffic to come back and pick it up at 6pm after I phoned and told Panther what had happened. Up to then the service had been good. Plenty of communication and regular updates spoilt at the last minute by the human element. To be fair, the customer service team sorted it but the situation was very badly handled by the delivery driver.

Arranged a 2 man delivery and installation of my washing machine and disposal of the old one. Two people delivered machine but when it came to installing it the fitter!!/delivery man had a new small tool kit which he was unable to undo the fitting on the pipe with, told me they couldn’t complete the installation and would have to leave it until somebody came the next day. On top of that he told me this was the first washing machine he had installed. They put the washing machine in the garage and went off. I managed to get somebody I knew who was a plumber to come in and dismantle the offending fitting from the water pipe... he couldn’t believe they were unable to disconnect it.... then phoned Panther to get them back to complete the installation and disposal of my old machine. Back they came then told me they were unable to disconnect the other end of the pipe from my old machine. I then phoned a friend to come and help them but in the meantime they decided that they could disconnect the pipe. After cutting a bigger hole in my cupboard to enable fitting the machine, they connected it only to remember that they had left the transit bolts holding the drum still on. Out came the machine again and lucky my plumber friend was there as they didn’t have the spanner in their Mickey Mouse tool kit that they needed to get the Bolts off but he did. They just pushed the machine back in they space it was going in and took off. Later when I was going to do the drum clean, as stated in the instruction booklet, I discovered I had no water going to the machine and once that was turned on and started washing realised they hadn’t levelled it so it was jumping all over the place and had to get it sorted out myself. This man and boy that came we’re quite pleasant enough but were out of their depth and in reality were just delivery driver and assistant. If Panther are going to offer a service to install equipment please make sure you train your staff. Would not recommend.

I wish i knew how awful this company was I would never have let myself take on the stress. Delivery drivers rude, unhelpful and just an inconvenience. With 2 unsuccessful delivery's I cancelled my order of a washer dryer which I actually needed but didn't want any more stress from these cowboys. Jerrard is an absolute weapon he shouldn't even be employed by anybody. So now I'm left with a pile of washing and no dryer. I recon the reason they didn't deliver was because they had to bring it up some stairs and couldn't be bothered

0 stars !!!! I will never buy from a company again if i know its this mob delivering. Original delivery date 18th May, timeslot given the night before of 5-7pm, fine. On the 18th at 9am i get a text to say theres a delivery issue & my order will have to be rescheduled, not awful, got a goodwill gesture from Dunelm at this point for my trouble. Got a text at 1pm to say they will still come today on another vehicle but no timeslot only half hour notice, fantastic, lets finally disassemble the bed now in anticipation for it coming. Text at 6.30pm to say my delivery will now be scheduled for the next day, nowhere to sleep now, great…. Apparently will be updated that night with a timeslot. No timeslot given. Finally on the 19th May, i find out from a live chat robot that im 6th drop so itll be some time in the afternoon, still with a 30 min notice. Now the tracker is updated with a time slot of 8.20 to 10.20, and its now 11.30. Must be miracle workers these lot. Absolute joke, steer well clear !! - bed arrived finally at 12.30 and the drivers couldnt have been any more nice. But still, i will never buy if i know its coming from Panther!

Awful. If you see Panther are delivering your order from an online retailer just cancel it and go elsewhere. it is honestly not worth the hassle at all. If you thought places like Evri and DX were bad then you've not dealt with Panther before.

Oh my God this is the worst experience of my life in delivery. Thank God for professional delivery drivers and other people in DPD and amazon etc. The phone messages indicated they would deliver between 13:49-1549 but I would get a call 30- 60 mins before. They rang me at 1:45; he categorically insisted I should be there at 14:00. I told him I was promised a call at least 30 minutes before delivery. he said "I am calling you now". (I would assume the calls are recorded. Please take time to play this conversation.) After going back and forth same info I think he hanged up! That's the only reason I would think as he never rang me back. I managed to drop everything and rushed back home. I got home at 14:02 and they were not there. I rang back , did not answer. He rang me back immediately and said they would be there in 5 minutes. Finally, they arrived. I had everything ready and door open. As usual I have slippers at the door for my hygiene. (I appreciate some people may not be comfortable removing their shoes. They did not ask if to remove outdoor shoes or not! Actually one of them took the slippers and gently there them to the corner! Clearly it was a sign of "not respecting my house"or another reason I really do not know . They were speaking in non english language hence a clear indication that they did not want me involved or any other reason I really don't know. I wanted the delivery in two different parts of the room but clearly could not get that message across when they were communicating to each other in Non -english language. remember the aggressive conversation earlier was a clear indication that I should probably be very careful when communicating to them despite my need for the order being delivered. After delivering the two loads, I asked if the delivery was completed and one of them said "yes". Otherwise I would have been left waiting until I possibly see the vehicle move off. I am still figuring out what on earth just happened. These people need education, not punishing.

Gave me a delivery window of between 13.20 and 15.20 hours. The delivery eventually arrived at 18.42 hours with no apology for the lateness.The delivery was for three radiators and some accessories. All the box’s had fragile on the outside but as they opened the rear tail lift door none of the fragile parcels were strapped to the side of the van and all had clearly fallen down during transit. Two of the three radiator box’s were damaged and one had clearly been repaired with brown parcel tape. The live link to view the location of the delivery was constantly down on the day and as the van pulled up outside the live link indicated they were 26 miles away. It took me around 25 seconds to open the front door from the driver knocking on the door by which time they had clearly reported to the contact centre that I was not in ( I know this as the contact centre rang me and left a voicemail on my phone)I opened the door as they were about to set off. ( Clearly the drivers were running so late they just wanted to give a short delivery attempt and go).The radiators were delivered over 3 hours late, but without any doubt I would never opt to use this company again. Service was so bad I would not re-use the online plumbing merchants from which I ordered the goods. Use Panther logistics at your peril !

Placed an order with Pets At Home and paid extra for next day delivery. Order placed before 8pm cut off time, confirmation from Pets At Home that order would arrive the following day (28th). Email from panther logistics later said delivery had been booked for the day after (29th). It will be Pets At Home's responsibility to refund the next day delivery cost as the service I paid for has not been delivered, but this is due to Panther.

The delivery men took my 65 sky glass tv without putting it in a box and knowing the was big items in the delivery van and the tv got damaged by this and now I'm being charged for the damaged by sky of 328 pounds witch was coursed by them
