“The most fun I get in the post! I joined papergang after seeing the fun my family were having with various cosmetics boxes. Not my thing, I thought, so I hunted down these guys. If you love stationery, you will love these boxes. Every month is different. Sometimes there’s cards, sometimes a notebook, I’ve had interesting pens and pencils, stickers.... all kinds of cool stuff. Even amazing wrapping paper! And everything is themed too. I’m on my third year. No sign of stopping either!”

“Literally the best present ever that I’ve been given to date! I love stationery and I love all the different themes I’ve received so far from Papergang. I look forward to receiving my box each month and especially love it when it arrives whilst I’m at school and my mum has the box waiting for me in the car. I don’t think I’ll even fall out of love with stationery and think it may be the best and longest lasting relationship I will ever be in!!”

“It's very nice little gift that keeps you waiting at the mailbox because you can't wait for it to arrive. It lifts my spirits everytime and the box is filled with stuff that I now use daily!”

“The actual boxes and items In them Are nice my issue was with the POOR customer service. These people charged me for 5 boxes because of some kind of technical error on there part, I FINALLY got them to refund me but was told I had to send back 4 of the 5 boxes, or they would charge me for them (Again), they don’t offer return postage so I had to borrow the money to mail the boxes back. Papergang assures me I would be refunded once I sent them proof of postage. So I did this. They then said they would refund after they got the boxes back. So I waited. Papergang continued to fob me of and make excuses and claimed they never got them back. Clearly since I sent them it’s not my fault , I’m yet to see my refund and yet again I’m the one loosing out. FRUSTRATED and DISAPPOINTED!”

Hello Charlotte, We appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback and are so pleased you were happy with the box and its content. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience which was caused by the multiple payments being taken from your account, which is something which was dealt with directly with the team as this wasn't a technical error, this was explained further via email and in a telephone conversation with a member of the customer service team. The multiple orders were all legitimate and placed on the 7th of December and were all separate transactions of which you received confirmation for. However, due to our turnaround time being 1-3 working days all of the boxes had been dispatched prior to your contact on the 9th of December to report this issue. As a gesture of good will a refund was issued immediately for the multiple boxes ordered in error, we advised a refund for the postage would follow, once these were received back. There were further complications with your return, which you spoke directly to Royal Mail about, unfortunately these have still yet to be received back to our warehouse. However, as you were able to provide a proof of postage receipt, the refund was issued accordingly for the postage as previously discussed. “Got a 3 month subscription for my birthday and it's been nothing but a hassle. From not actually being able to sign up for a subscription to only recieving 2 months before they send me 100 emails a day to tell me that my subscription has been cancelled. Customer service are patronising and unhelpful and won't listen or address the problems raised and the box is vastly over priced for what it is.”

“I have thought Papergang boxes would blow my mind as I read people's reviews about it. I subscribed for the box, but my second box which is September box never arrived and after complaining they send an email with a message saying that they sent me a box which up until now never received either. I don't see the benefits of subscribing anymore. I have And every time I send email, it goes again from the beginning. Not worthed my time.”

“I absolutely love Papergang. They don't use plastic in the packaging, each month I know a new artist, and they plant a tree for every four boxes. Nice, huh? The quality is good, and the customer service too. My october box never arrived, and they sent me another one. I rate them 4/5 because they should have another shipping options, like certified mail. Due to the lost box, I decided to unsubscribe, because I'm not sure if I would receive them...but if they add more shipping methods, I would subscribe back :)”

“I was on the waiting list to join the Papergang subscription! (brilliant FOMO tactic for your marketing team BTW!) I absolutely love getting my stationery stuff monthly. I had to leave a review because I am so excited to get my next box! Papergang is a bit of a treat for myself, showing myself a bit of kindness, slowing down life and giving back to some fabulous artists and illustrators! Love the organic/handmade designs I've received.I really want one of the blue and orange (fruit) notepads or a print that I keep seeing in ads. COLOUR COLOUR COLOUR. Favourite box so far was the protecting our oceans box! I LOVE we are giving back to a charity! I feel I am justifying spoiling myself because of CHARITY. Bring on the next box! Thank you so much!”
