“I was quite happy but it would have been nice if the corrections would also contain a bit more of replacing words (with more academic words for example) than just punctuation. But still, it was really helpful!”

“I wish I could give them a 5 star. The editing is good but the administration is missing a star. The due date was given by them. When they could not send the document on time, I would not be mad if they would let me know about the delay. I didn't hear anything from them. A few days after the due date I wrote to them to find out when would I get me edited scripts. Still no reply. Finally I have to go to the live chat to find out what was happening. They then realized my emails were all sent to the spam mails. I had experienced not once but 2 times of delay from them. I hope they will improve on the administration side and get 5 stars from me for future projects.”
