“The editing really depends on the editor. Some papers were edited very well, and some were edited very poorly. But one fortunate thing is that if you don't like the work you've received, you can always ask for another revision. This actually helped a lot with one of my orders.”

“I wish this service was better than it is. It is obvious that the editors are not native English speakers. This makes for stale editing. I have found a number of small but obvious errors when I reviewed my edited documents. Some of the editors are obviously better than others. I suppose this service is better than nothing but you have to re-review everything very carefully.”

“First of all, I tried the free service and was really impressed of the comments I received on such a short essay. I would definitely give a five star for this particular service. However, I am not satisfied with how the website deceitfully states that a full-refund can be made without mentioning any restrictions. I placed my order just now and tried to make a refund because I wanted some revisions but was rejected. I think it would make the service better if the refund policy is more thoroughly stated.”

“I am a customer with them since last year. Their services are good, I like their standard services, but I would not recommend the 12 hours services as its nither deliver on time nor professional editing as they do in the standard services. I contacted the customer services about it and no response, they charge for 12 hours and deliver in 15 hours. I received my job after chatting with them, and I ask the reason of is the delay and it's almost a week and no respond, they send a 10% discount which I do not care, my work is more important. In their standard services, I receive a review from two editors, in the 12 hours one editor and many parts are missing which I have to correct.”
