“I like the fast response and feedback. However, the feedback i received was helpful but too brutal. It states well i can tell if you're telling the story or the character. Its only so much a proofreader can do. I understand Alice feedback and appreciate her constructive criticism but, that what she is in business to help to format, edit, and proofread my novel. An appropriate feedback should've said, " I proofread your manuscript. Suggested changes have been made. But, I will like to recommended picking rather you're narrating or character speaking audience may be confused. If you will like to make corrections for an additonal fee we could work together to format so your audience can follow your storyline. You will need consistency throughout your novel. Thanks”
