“I’ve tried the free sample service, the editor did a good job in changing my sentences and writing style. However, in some sentences, I did find the new version is a little bit harder to follow or understand.”

“I submitted my first novel in the hopes that I could get punctuation and grammatical corrections as well as plot line help. I broke my book down into three parts and submitted the first two while I checked over the last one. I spent over $2,000 and had more corrections to make when I got it back than I expected. I was very happy with most of the punctuation and formatting changes but seriously disappointed with most of the wording and story line changes.”

“The editing services is very good, but their APA style is lacking. If there is a problem, you will have to wait 24 hours for them to fix it.”

“What I like about paper true is the chance to have your work reviewed if you are not happy with it. However, I believe they need to have editors that are more aware of how to make critical responses to academic work. Obviously, they do not have to be a specialist in the field but better assess key issues as far as arguments are clear and make sense. Also, it would be helpful if the editors could do better jobs with footnotes and endnotes.”

“The service is more focused on correcting grammar and providing indications on any lack of examples or substantial information missing in the text. However, it is not reviewed in a way that would be better written for the audience or to cause greater impact on an academic application, for example. The focus on my jobs were not on the structure and to write the information in an 'expert' view of the field (academic). I guess I was expecting more of the service but I believe the fast turnaround (24hours) doesn't allow the reviewers to work for a longer period on the text and, then, provide more substantial amendments.”

“Aaron is a great editor and might be the only one I request here on out. Some don’t seem to have a grasp of science fiction fantasy or creative writing in general. I do not recommend taking their time frame to heart it shifts sometimes. On my last job they had some hiccups but we were finally able to come to a resolution. Job #2 I will be returning for another. They make me sound professional and my writing is so brilliant.”
