“Not too happy! I believe I used your services 4 times. I requested a certain proofreader on two occasions and my requests were ignored without explanation.”

Helpful Report

“The quality of the service was quite good. However, some typos in figures were not detected and the syntax in the description of a mathematical formula was edited in a way that was not compatible with intended meaning.”

“Some editors just edite grammar, I think It would be better if they can chage the words that better use in the paper because I pay for this very expensive so I need a high expectation from you.”

Helpful Report

“Lower the price. I actually want someone to rewrite or paraphrase my sentences, but what you did is some mirror issues (e.g. word choices). You only changed a few words, which don't worth that much.”

“I send my thesis for both proofreading and editting. Editors are clearly not in my field of study and do not understand my content. Only gramma mistakes were corrected and paid over $1200. Expected more on phraphase or suggestions.”

“The surface is very fast. However, it lacks having people who are in the field of mathematics. I will rethink considering the service for my dissertation proofread. I will try to find others, but if I could not I may stay with it.”
