“I’ve sent a lot with you guys and I can say that the quality is sub par. There has been one edition so far who did a very nice job really going thru my document and offering suggestions that actually made the paper better. The others I’ve found errors missed. APA 7 formatting mistakes missed. I once even made the line margines wrong on a quote > 40 words just to see if it would be caught and it was not. I will be switching to another platform next semester as I’ve spent $700 on papers with you all and the quality has just not been where I’d hope for the $. I send to a decís editor after you and the feedback is always the same “the people who checked this must have been in a hurry”. If I could pick the same editor alwys I would stay but even that last request was never fulfilled.”

“The proofreader "overcorrected" at several instances, but worse the proofreader didn't understand the meaning of the content in several cases.”

Hey there, Hope you're doing great! We see in your document that out of 2700 words, around 900 words were edited. That amount to almost 33% of the document changed. There were significant improvements in the language, formatting and presentation - not just grammar checks. We ran several human based and bot checks but couldnt find any errors. Hi John, Can you please eloborate what you mean by "childish"? If you can render more details regarding your issue we could quickly resolve them. “The problem is that scientific manuscripts are not always assigned to editors used to scientific language. It is the second time in a row that the review is unstisfactory to me. For the rest, both pricing and turnaround time are excellent, but this is not enough if the review is not good.”

“My experience was not satisfactory. After submitting my order in one day, PaperTrue requested more two days beyond the agreed deadline to finish working on my order! After discussing this frustrating request, they told me that they'll process a 5% refund of my order value within the next 24 - 48 hour, however, they did not fulfil their promise again! In above of this, the editing was not as I expected!”

“I don't know! PaperTrue is cheap in comparison with other professional editor consultants. I have choosed it because I wanted to give it a try and because I needed proofreading and academic editing. The result makes me say "ok. So?" There are some inaccuracies left regarding quotes in the text, they weren't coherent through the text, and still, they are not. I was expecting annotations on words use and advice for new and appropriate terms, but there are not. The formatting part is perfect. PaperTrue delivered it one day earlier. I don't know if I will use it again.”

“Poor service' promises not kept, time was not time, first proofing & typesetting was a disaster' after going back & forth for a month' still mistakes & a back cover page left out. Anything but professional as they claim to be. Not worth the money!”

“No improvements made to resume. Reviewer did not understand technical descriptions of employment history and made edits that completely changed the meaning. Reviewer reformatted to use "I am", "I did", and "I have" which are widely documented as bad practices for resume writing. It's would have been better just to state there were no improvements to be made. That would have been satisfactory.”

“Unfortunately I was really disappointed. Every paper (total 4 paper) had different formatting versions and mostly every paper was "destroyed" by incomprehensible actions: Furthermore, paragraph had all the same formatting structures including size and font and was send back with different formatting options... That was really exhausting by the time pressure for the university. Sorry, but a financial approach should be fair. It was not the money worth. Regards, Philipp”

“My sample abstract paragraph was edited - upon letting PT know my request to have scientific/engineering editing background - disrupting technical concepts, changing terms for the sake of change, but not editing the logic flow or consistency. When I sent PT my observations, PT said they would ask a sci editor to redo the assignment; but the re-edited abstract was basically what I had already observed. Your web editing advert is pretty good/powerful and it raised big expectations, but clearly scientific/engineering editing is not within you familiar areas of expertise.”

“Absolutely terrible, its not dependable and has a lot of mistakes. I have submitted my thesis for proofreading before submitting it for uni and paid a fair amount for this service. while the author has fixed many mistakes, However, the author has delivered the work unfinished and has asked me on many occasions where he fixed one mistake and asked me to fix the similar ones myself myself, which I found was extremely rude as if I was going to do it myself I wouldn't have paid this amount. also he did not put the bibliography in an alphabetical order which is a minimum requirement. totally not worth the money”
