“The work done was of high quality and the editor really made sure that my message was delivered clearly. Customer care were really patient with me. Furthermore, the editor promptly answered any technical questions which I had. Wouldn't give them 5 stars due to a slight delay in the delivery of the document. Other than that, completely satisfied. :)”
