“-customer support is very good -some of the review is done by people from too different subjects and their "corrections" are not correct in some contexts -when a paper is late for corrections, you are not informed, only the date is changed -overall, it is good”

“I was impressed by Susan's work, most of her ideas were right on the spot and made my work a considerably better piece. Unfortunately it took quite a bit longer than the expected two weeks and due to passing through several hands, some phrases lost their original meaning. Anyhow, those are very minor issues if you consider the price and all that it includes. If you're looking for a good allrounder and are on a somewhat tight budget, PaperTrue is the way to go. Susan did a tremendous job.”
