“Eczema sufferer here, bought the 8 piece bed set, winter quilt. So upset at the fact the quilt is too heavy for me, the bedding slips all over the place in the night, i have trouble heaving the quilt back up the bed when half asleep as its that heavy for me. The pillows are fab though. Only had it a week and now stuck with this quilt as cannot send it back as obviously been used. Really wished i had ordered a summer one instead. Not really happy to be honest 😒”

“With the bedding it has always been of a good quality, but the towels are absolute rubbish, more of the pile comes detached with every wash. As the photograph shows. Resume. The towel situation has been resolved, it appears that two rogue towels seem to have got into the batch and perfectly good replacements have been dispatched,”

“I’ve just ordered my second set of bamboo bedding and I love them! They feel so silky and luxurious. I also find that in this cold weather, they really keep us toasty and warm. But in the summer, they keep you cool! In normal times, delivery is very quick but we can’t help the Royal Mail strikes at the moment”

“This is our third order from Paragon. We love the breathability of the bed linens and colours. Unfortunately, this time, Royal Mail decided to deliver it to a different address.....🙆🏼‍♀️🙆🏼‍♀️ Paragon was absolutely fantastic. They sorted the problem out immediately. I honestly think they have the best customer services in any industry. Brilliant company, lovely products, amazing people !!”

“Im happy with my towels they are weaved and stitched very well. My Dressing gowns being sent back the quality is not up to standards in my opinion, i have taken pictures to prove my opinion. I Ordered a Kingsize bedding set, opened my bedding set only to realise its a single bedding set not a King! So obviously i am outraged at this, im told i cannot return it without a charge, fine everyone has rules. But to then insinuate it was me who made the mistake.. I found that rude and unprofessional, i selected Kingsize. I did not get Kingsize? So since i am a busy man and now being charged to return an item thats incorrect, i decided to package it up and ready it to be sent off. Not knowing how long this is going to take to sort out some Bedding, not a country,some bedding.. I decided to Buy my bedding elsewhere, i found a site called Panda and they are by far superior to your site so i bought my kingsize bedding there instead, they offer free returns 30 night trials, i had a good experience with Panda, so other than the items i actually want. The others items, Once returned, i would like refunded ASAP and wont be looking at Paragon again, yes quality is good but customer service is Not. And i am not interested in what went wrong, all i know is my Mrs is not well and the new bedding was for her. So her face when i walked out telling her its a single.... Extremely frustrating. So please awaite my parcel to arrive. Not happy.”

“Very pleased with my bamboo towels. They are very soft and absorbent. But the photo of the teal colour is misleading - I like the colour but it is much darker than it appears in the photo. And I have no idea why they say don't tumble dry hot - mine were fine. I also ironed the sheets against instructions, and they were fine too.”
