Needed to send an endoscope for repair in Italy and booked it "2 day delivery" with TNT, through Parcelcompare on October 13, 2021. Carrier was TNT, which arrived on 13th October with a FedEx Labelled van and collected my parcel. Today is December 2, 2021, My parcel still has NOT delivered. Tracking on TNT website only shows as "Shipment in Transit". (Fedex Tracking number is 785907384) Parcelcompare keeps sending me the below email every week: I am afraid that to date your item has not yet been located and all searches are still ongoing. Please do accept our apologies if this is outside of the original timeline that was quoted, however extensive searches are being completed to locate your item. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding and rest assured I will do everything possible to recover your shipment. I contacted both TNT and FEDEX, they advised me to contact Parcelcompare, as the booking has been made through them. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service, but even after 1.5 months passed, I am still hoping to retrieve my item. My rating for Parcelcompare is *1 (out of 100)

Just like everyone else really please AVOID this company, we sent a parcel back to a bathroom supplier in its original packaging, unopened as we realised it was too big for our bathroom, they now say UPS didn’t even attempt to deliver as the parcel was damaged due to poor packaging!! We have proofs that it was well packaged in a wood crate with photos and emails from the supplier, they on their side have not provided any proof and it’s just what someone says!! We even purchased additional insurance which seems to be another scam. We are going to the small claim court out of principle, they are scamming people constantly

Guys these reviews are real, They said delivered but nobody received the parcel and no signature. This company takes a picture of the floor as proof of delivery. Further more will not repay for lost parcels. Scam artists most likely keeping your parcels and selling online.

Absolute nightmare of a company. Delivery went through them and selected UPS, they dumped my delivery on the driveway and drove off without acknowledging us. The “fragile” package was smashed to pieces, and had to be skipped!! They then offered a measly £15 off voucher to use them again. Said my insurance only covered loss not damage!!! Cost me £50 for the delivery then 4 weeks later I find they have charged another £50!!! £100 down and a whole lot of hassle. Stick with other companies this one is definitely the worst in the Uk.

Never use this company. Book direct with courier. My item arrived unpackaged and severely damaged and they wont accept responsibility. Worst service i hve ever received.

A total scam. My parcel took 9 days to travel 50 miles with UPS and arrived damaged, contents damaged and over half of them missing. NO customer service, no way to start a claim not even a CS phone number on their website. The number I was calling previously no longer attive. Do NOT use them

Awful company! Please avoid, I wish I had read the opinions before I hired it. I used it to send 3 boxes to Spain, I paid customs and an enhance insurance. The boxes were retained in customs and returned to England. After weeks of emailing the absolute useless agents, because there is no telephone number (and now I understand why) I finally got the boxes back in England after 9 weeks. They were absolutely destroyed, with many things broken and some others missing. Parcel Compare blamed me as I should have known that Spain didn’t receive any parcels from Uk due to brexit (I thought that was THEIR job) and they didn’t pay for the broken items because the enhance insurance does not cover anything apparently. They even had the cheek to offer me £15 credit to use within 10 days! For what? To break me more things and steal more money??? So after 3 months of dealing with this disgusting company, the boxes are not in Spain, I had to throw away the broken things and I couldn’t do anything with the missing things. I basically wasted my money and time. Please, avoid, AVOID!!

I used parcelcompare to return a new door to the supplier in the original packaging. I received a message to say it had arrived but was badly damaged. I had taken out extra cover but even though I had photos of the damage they won’t pay up - asking for more evidence. I don’t have the door or packaging. So no refund and no payout. This is unbelievable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

You should have the option of a ‘Zero Star’ this company just do not deserve to be in business and certainly don’t deserve any stars at all. I would implore people to go direct to the parcel company, these days the pittance you save is not worth the lack of Customer Service you get when required. I would like to say that I first used Parcel Compare a few years ago, I was very impressed then and wrote a review to say so. How things have changed, the service, care and support really couldn’t fall much lower. I have a very small business, this year was very hard for everyone without any additional trouble. I needed to move my stock from the UK to Bulgaria before the end of the transition period. Through the year I had been sending 2 or 3 parcels at a time, I had a few niggles, but nothing could have prepared me for the last few shipments. Sadly they were all sent in quick succession so there was no way of knowing, believe me I wouldn’t and won’t ever use them again. I had a shipment of 3 parcels each weighing approximately 29KG and obviously very large too. They arrived and one was missing, the other 2 looked like they had been kicked from the UK to Bulgaria. I got in touch straight away and was told that they would investigate, which could take up to 14 days. In the meantime I had to provide a list of the items involved. This was fairly easy as it was all stock that was to be shown on a TV show. The time passed and I kept asking for updates, cutting a long story short this went on for over 3 months. I had contacted the CEO of DPD by this time. I was so relieved when I finally got a claim form, I had lost so much by this time, I had to give notice to my design team, as I couldn’t sell much as the items lost formed part of collections. I had continually told them that the longer it went on the more damage was being done. I filled out the claim form. Since then they have disputed ownership my products, despite providing invoices, they refused to accept bank statements which clearly showed payments. I contacted the company and asked if they would provide company receipts, they did, all signed and stamped with the business stamp along with a document confirming all the invoices were paid, this was also stamped and signed. Parcel Compare came back to accuse me of editing the documents. I can prove they were all sent to me by the company by email. I have provided everything they have asked for again and again. This has gone on and on, they have asked for the same information over and over again. The have declined my claim and as a goodwill gesture credited the account with 15.00, I would never use them again, I would rather get on a flight and collect things myself. I have been suicidal, it has been devastating, thousands of pounds of stock lost. It’s a very small concern it’s devastating. The other shipments that I mentioned, there was so much damage in one, nothing could be retrieved. It is a polite warning not to use this disreputable company. If you need any help or assistance you will not get any and going to the courier itself will not help as the contract is direct with Parcel Compare. The only time you will get any help is when it is to pay for a shipment, apart from that they couldn’t care less. It is totally beyond me how a large parcel weighing nearly 30Kg can possibly go missing, it is complete incompetence and shows sheer lack of responsibility. I was proud of my ‘Craftascope’ Brand of Craft Products, now I just can’t continue, they have destroyed everything. Please don’t risk feeling as bad as I do. They have made me feel like a criminal over the last few months. I never thought I could be affected so badly, but bit by bit they have destroyed my confidence and ruined any chance of recovery. Here is ne of the damaged parcels I mentioned.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY You'd be better off throwing your items in the bin. We sent some very expensive items via their service, because of the high value of the package we chose to take their "insurance". The goods arrived at the location. The customer emailed me some pictures of the package and it looked like it had been ran over by a lorry. Split, torn, WET!! and generally battered. They had made a feeble attempt to stick it back together with duct tape. I was disappointed of the damage but I thought no problem, I'm glad I took out insurance, I'll just claim through the policy. Their insurance is not worth the paper its written on, they will give you every excuse under the sun. ADVICE - look at their restricted items under their policy, you basically cant send anything!!!!! They first tried weight, and they were wrong, then they said it needed to be in triple ply cardboard, which it was, then finally they said the item needed to be in a "suspended packaging" whatever that is and neither is it mentioned on their policy. I've given up with them and took my losses which is what I suspect a lot of people do, their customer service takes days to reply and don't answer the phone.

I organised u p s to collect delicate 3 d art mirror wrapped properly cushions. Bubble wrap fragile tale on driver was told at door be careful mirror arrived next day from old rotten white van rude guy and the person who recieved parcel said why it noisy the mirror was shattered solid frame shattered £400 art work and no number to call no answer nothing worst company ever I trying to get insurance from them snd no response n
